Isn't she just awesome? I collect her stuff from shoelaces to keyboard to perfume and bags. So tell me what you think of Hello Kitty in general, your thoughts and feelings on this cute furry Kitty. Also tell me if you have somethign you collect or into.
Is she the devil to you or a cute kitty who is always nice? ^_^
I was never very interested until Necronopticous showed me Mashumaromitainafuwafuwanyanko. I was suddenly very interested then.
I will never listen to the Hello Kitty theme tune ever again, I only did so I could hear you singing it! <3 but it's cute and everything but I am not going to start watching the HK show like you linked to me *dies* and collect the stuff. but yes cute :hello:
For me, I'm totally into things with bows on them at the moment; clothes, hair accessories, belts, jewellery.etc I love them.
I also tend to keep a collection of things I've done, for memories; like tickets to football games, party invites, concert tickets, cinema tickets, travel tickets, play tickets and the likes. :jess:

My biggest collection would either be my books or my jewellery. I love collecting things.
Unfortunately my blackened, cynical heart makes me unable to appreciate Hello Kitty on the same level as other people. I keep expecting it to turn out to be some kind of evil organisation bent on taking over the world through excessive cuteness.

Hello Kitty is one of the most overrated thing, ever. Not saying that Hello Kitty isn't cute, but the way people seem to fall in love head over heels with the cat is beyond something I can understand. Maybe it's just cause I'm a dog person myself.
I collect memories through photographs. I have thousands and thousands of photographs stored on DVDs and external hard drives. I just bought a new 250 gig portable hard drive to store more of my photos.
I really want a camcorder though so I can start collecting videos. :)
I have Hello Kitty socks, hair clips, hairbands, bags, perfume, shoe laces, keyboard, stickers, money box, watch, pencils, pencil case and I can't think of anything else at the moment. There's a Hello Kitty section in Jenners here in Edinburgh. It's my home now. :bigsmile:
I have a Hello Kitty hamper, checks + checkbook case thing, bathrobe, pyjamas, notebooks, folders, stickers, earmuffs, pens/pencils, stationary, post-its, band-aids, pillow, fleece throw, shoes, socks, keychains, change purse, DVD, wallet, and an ice tray.
That means I can have Hello Kitty shaped ice as well, but I don't do it unless I'm at school and that's my only ice tray because it's very sad to see Hello Kitty melt in a glass of water.
I love Hello Kitty and all of the other Sanrio chars. Especially Cinnamoroll! ^_^ I even made a Hello Kitty layout :3 Unfortunately that's about as far as my hello kitty ownage stuff goes... only online.

What is the point of Hello Kitty? What does it do? Does it just sit there looking at you? I don't understand. Why is it saying hello? Someone explain it to me.
The point of Hello Kitty is basically the same as the point of you: to receive praise and adoration for doing jack.

My GF loves Hello Kitty and currently works in Sanrio... We joke that Hello Kitty is so powerful and influential, that she could get away with being dressed in a Nazi uniform and people would still not be offended and buy it. ;)

All I have from Hello Kitty is my zip-up hoodie. It's black with gold HK heads on it and skull and crossbones with heart-shaped eye holes.
