My passwords are always at least six characters with a capital letter and a number even if it isn't required. I like to throw in symbols too, if that's allowed and I have different passwords for everything. They're never dictionary words and don't relate to me at all.
Though I tried to get my FFXI password to 15 characters (as was the max) and only managed 14. I am never doing that again as it's evil to type.
Anyway, I'm totally not paranoid.
I made a crazy password for neopets one time. I could never remember it so I had to paste it every time. I don't mind sharing it because well, it's neopets xD and not even my main account!

It is rather simple!
My usual password is my old school ID card number plus two letters at the end that I find easy to remember. I used to use my old school password (4 numbers) twice, though I now use my old school password as my PIN number as it's nice and easy to remember.
Psy's EoFF password is "pimposaurus"

I have, uh... a few passwords. I hate it when sites have password requirements that smurf up my system. I never remember those.
The password I use most was my husband's password in high school.
My password is pretty much just random letters and numbers put together. It's easy for me to remember, since I've had it for so long, but for everyone else I'm sure it looks quite complicated.
Phantom must mean his real account. The phantom password is easy to figure out.

my password is so simple that once you figure it out you kick your self for not realising that its been you all along
My password is my ex's name spelt the stupid way I spell it. Unless you're her, then you'll never know it.
I have a few passwords but two I use mainly, and they are easy to remember. :)
