Soooooooooooooo,
Albeit having a rough couple of months, and basically having a few nervous breakdowns in the span of a week...
How do you all handle these things? I tend to go off the wall and just sit and sob for hours, but what do yinz all do to take your mind off of crushing depression and or the realization that your life is amounting to nothing at the age of 27? (You can even replace this age with yours!)
Just some, suggestions.
i take my meds. O_o...... then turn on the ps2
I play contact sports. :D
Usually being around friends helps.
Eat candy, ice cream, anything that'll make you hyper and run around for a little bit.

I basically have to keep busy, or I get really depressed. It doesn't always work and I should probably be on some sort of meds for it, but I can't afford it and my parents would probably not take me to get them because I don't think they actually believe in a lot of mental illness, and with this family, anything close to it (like my brother's condition) is swept under the rug for a more acceptable thing, like, in his case, a "speech" problem.
So yeah, how I deal with things is to have work, class, lessons or some form of tutoring to keep me occupied. I can't be stagnant. If I have free time like I do these two weeks before college, I have to force myself to go do things.

I usually talk to my two best friends My friend ben and my friend shawn. Ben will make me laugh and Shawn because she is really good at comforting me.
I still have no idea of what I do. I exist, and things happen.
I get revenge....
I've never had a nervous breakdown. I'm too laid back ^_^
I stop coming here. xD
