What was your first pet?
Mine was a little dark gray cat named Shadow. ^__^
Puppy! Puppy puppy puppy!
She was like a terrier/poodle mix and her name was Puppy and we loved her very much and she fought off a giant snake that was gonna eat me and she got bitten and she died and sometimes I have dreams where she talks to me and asks me how my life is going.
She used to sleep under my bed and I would feed her rice crispy treats and read to her from my Baby Sitter Club books. And every day after school, she would be waiting for by the front door and welcome me home.
We had boy fish and a girl fish. They had baby fishes. The daddy fish ate all the babies. Then momma fish ate the daddy fish. She died shortly after.
It was tragic on my 4 year old mind. :Oo:
My parents got a puppy the year before I was born. Her name was Snowflake. She lived a long time.
My parents had a cat named Chelsea before I was born. Chelsea did not like me; she attacked me. my parents had to get rid of her as a result.
I had three living pets when I was born. Bruno, the dog I don't remember. Garfield, the cat I hardly remember. Jack, the other dog I barely remember.
They were pretty good pets, I guess.
My cat Murphy!
A Pekinese named Tippy. He was awesome.
black laborador named Puppa
A dog named Benji. He died and my parents told me he ran away.
My rabbit called Thumper, it was my own pet and I named her after the rabbit on Bambi. She was a gorgeous half albino half dwarf, so she was white bar her black ears and had bright pink eyes.
Little West Highland terrier (excellent dogs) called Sam after my deceased grandfather. Unfortunately he once bit my sister and so he got given away.
An English Springer Spaniel puppy named Brandee Whine. (Yes a play on words ^^) We got her when I was 7. Unfortunately she died on my 20th birthday.
Technically, it was a white dog (I was trying to figure out what breed it is) named Murphy that my mom owned before I was born, but he was given away after urinating on all my things. After a few years we got Babe, a black German shepherd (who has passed), and a cat named Mitzy.
Two cats, Whiskey and Psycho.
I remember having like, a cat or something. I was tiny and called it Titty because I couldn't say my "k's". n_n
A fish called amba, she didn't live too long though :( Bit of a boring first pet but kinda pretty.
Guinea called Oliver I still love him although he's been dead for a very long time.
>>> I think it was a black cat named Pinocchio.
Dog named Pickles.
It was an ant name Elizabeth and now she had become queen in her own little nest in my kitchen with her sons and daughters which is more pest than pet. :(
Multiple nameless Guppies.
a yellow lab named ginger. when i was little i would use her as a pillow and she never minded.
A cricket. I fed it apple seeds and it ate them, until it died.
The first pet I remember having was a male tabby cat named Buster. He was drowned by my babysitter when I was in elementary school along with his mate and baby.
Wyllius. I gave him away because hekept urinating on my stuffjust wasn't happy in the city.
It was an evil tabby cat named Booger. When I was a toddler, he would sit on a chair and whack me in the head whenever I walked by. I still have a couple scars from him.
A Beagle/Golden Retriever mix named Rusty. She was six months older than me and was my big sister.
Miriel's story made me sad :'(
When I studied philosophy, I had 4 female roommates (completely drama free, very friendly and sane, 'cept for my ex). One day, one of them came home with a puppy (about a 2 y/o puppy)! We kept her and called her Izzy. I don't know what breed Izzy is. She's definitely a mutt and she looks like a collie, but bigger with black and brown hair. I don't have pictures any more.
One day Izzy ran away from home. Apparently they were walking her, and she went frantic at something (probably a squirrel) and broke the leash and ran away. I always walk Izzy using a chain, so I never had that problem.
Izzy ran down the street, to the supermarket (we did not know this until later) where a woman caught her and sent her to the pound/shelter. We called the bloody shelter like 3 times before going there ourselves to find Izzy. Stupid shelter.
Izzy was finally registered and the girl who took ownership of Izzy got to keep her. I miss my puppy.
My first pet was a Golden Retriever named Sandy.
