I like the FFXII commercials with Patrick Stewart's voice-over, since Patrick Stewart is God and adds class and credibility to everything he voices.
This ad for Syphon Filter 2 is oddly amusing, too.
:edit: Also, I love those Ratchet and Clank commercials that feature 'real-life' demonstrations of the game's weapons. I've never played them, but the ads are clever and funny. -

Most of these are classic. Love the old Crash Bandicoot ones. I wish I could find the Tomba! ads with all the people across the country with pink wigs on but it's eluding me. The Nintendo Power Starfox 64 promo video is probably the most epic commercial of all time, though.

They aren't commercials to a specific game, they are commercials for a console, but I still thought they were some of the best I've seen
