But still! Klonoa is pretty rad so~ huzzah!
Official IGN article, finally this game is getting a new one, i am very happy for a long time there was no new game...and most people's hopes were down but this is just awesome.

I've never played Klonoa before. What's it about?
Story varies a bit from game to game, but this one is to stop an evildoer for slowly draining the world of life. But what gets me the most is the emotions it can evoke when you play it despite its simple playstyle of platforming that we all loved during the NES and SNES days.
Dont want to spoil...but do know that its a great platformer. And that he wears a shirt now on this incarnation xD

The Story
Phantomile is a place where you forget your dreams when you wake up. One morning, in the Wind Town of of Breegal (Breezegale in English? I forgot) Klonoa wakes up from a nightmare. The first Klonoa game released 10 years ago was the biggest accomplishment o f my 15 years of game designing. Seeing such a memorable game being revitalized on a new system brings back the past imagery. The imagery at the time was way too complicated for the Playstation to withstand. However this time, with the Wii's technology, I have been able to make exactly to what I first imagined the game to be. We hope this is the first step of more to come.
Oh. Sweet. God. Now I have a reason to buy a Wii. :D

I played Klonoa once or twice as a kid and I freaking loved it. One of those games I've always wanted to play again. WOOHOO SO EXCITED.
