I will begin the game with this question:
Why is the sky blue?
I've heard that it's because of the refraction of light on particles in the air. It avoids all light in the spectrum except blue, which it causes to spread in the sky.
Or something like that.
Why are dogs better than cats?
I'd answer that question, but given cats are better I cannot.
Why do people suck so much?
No, no, no - that's not how it's played. It has to be related.
Example:
You should have only posted the answer. Then the next poster AFTER you posts the why? question.
Also, the why has to be directly related to the answer posted above. So a question of why that would have worked would be , "Why does refraction of light occur?"
Follow?
Rayleigh scattering.
Short wavelengths(blue) scatter more than long wavelengths(green, red) which makes the sky appear blue. The sky is in fact black.
In the scattering formula there is a 1/(labda)^4 somewhere, which gives you an idea of the difference.
wtf
why? [do scientists make things more complicated?]
because the universe made itself complicated
Why would the universe make itself?
i think this is wrong
Because according to scientists, nothing else could have. :p
...I can't think of anything related. :p
why do the scientists know?
Through various tests and proofs the scientists have come to know.
How does one truly know what consitutes as "Proof"?
For example, some say video footage of a man peeing on a little girl is proof. Members who preside on the jury's, however, seem to think otherwise.
Why did the man pee on the little girl?
Proof said that he really really had to go. :rolleyes2
Why did he really, really have to go?
(were totally playing this wrong, but i guess its working as it is....)
he drank too much moutain dew
why is mountain dew so delicious?
You only ask or answer a question, not both. :p
Why did he drink too much?
Because you get really thirsty when you eat salty food.
Why do you get thirsty when you eat salty food?
Sorry for the excessive posting but I'm trying to show how the game works through example.
Because your body tries to get rid of the excess salt, and one effective way to get rid of it is peeing it out, i.e. on a little girl.
why is excess salt a bad thing?
because youll dry up like a snail
Why would rubah dry up like a snail?
Because she didn't drink enough mountain dew
Why didn't she drink enough mountain dew when she still had the chance?
why?
Because she's allergic to mountain dew.
XD how?.... wait.... now IM doing it wrong ._.
Mountain ewww
Now for a real question: "What causes static, interference, the snow on tv, etc?"
why is she allergic to mountain dew?
gtfo w/ your scientific crap, dennis!!!
because shes an alien from outer space!!!
Why is she an alien?
Because, being a resident of outer space means I am not a natural US citizen.
Why wouldn't you want to be a US Citizen?
No Vegemite.
Why is there no vegemite?
Vegemunchers ate the entire Vegemite crop this year.
porque?
They were hungry
BUT RUBAH WHY WERE THEY HUNGRY
They used up too much of their ATP and had to replenish their internal energy.
Why had they used up too much of their ATP?
they used it up when telling little mullets WHY.
why did they tell little mullets why?
so he will shut up
Why would he shut up?
Because his mouth was moving and words were coming out. Which has been proved to be a bad thing all around.
