I’ve always been able to inflate balloons. I still can’t tie them shut, though. It’s really actually quite embarrassing.

Why can't any of you tie a balloon? Are you putting too much air in it?
I can't blow up balloons. I can't even snap or whistle...
Well, I guess I can whistle through my nose if it has just the right amount of mucus in it.
I can blow up balloons just fine. I'm not very good at tying them though, but I usually manage to do it after a few tries.
