OMG I freaking love potatoes! I love scalloped potatoes the best though =3 yum.
I quarter baby red potatoes, toss them in a light olive oil then place them in a casserole dish/corningware and cook them in the oven at 500 degrees for 30 minutes. Then I take them out toss them with some rosemary, sage, pepper and other spices and put it back in the oven for another half an hour. They come out crispy and taste so good. It's like eating "grown-up" french fries. :p

It depends on the kind of potato though sometimes! But for your regular potato, I like them cut up and deep fried ( french fries amirite? ) or maybe scalloped or in a stew.
Sweet potatoes are also 1337. :love:

Mashed, although if you want to go all the way with it they're even better whipped. Same process, they're just even more melt-in-your-mouth delicious that way.

I super love potatoes. Although, I tried to like scalloped potatoes, I never really end up enjoying them that much. My favorite kind is probably french fries. I doubt that there isn't a time when I wouldn't feel like having those.
I jsut wanted to mention home fries, where you cut up a potato in little chunks and fry them with onions are AMAZING

Mashed is just about the only way I eat 'em. I used to love potatoes, but just don't overly like them anymore.
