World of Ruin - Just sounds so freaking hardcore.
It's "Touch Fuzzy," not "Eat Fuzzy." I guess that shows how much you love it!

I've always been particularly fond of 'Mysidia'. Dunno why.

Balamb is a nice looking place. Deling City would be neat for the nightlife, though. I always found the FFVIII towns to be the nicer ones of those I've seen.
I'm a whore for sky cities. Kingdom of Zeal, Shevat, and Bhujerba are some of my top faves.

I can't say what my absolute favourite is, but Lindblum from Final Fantasy IX springs to mind. I like that place.
Since it's been said, I'll second Bhujerba. It just sounds nice. I like words like that.
