Fish are unequivocably delightful to eat. It takes a special skill to make seafood unpleasant.

Eel and salmon do it for me, though I'm partial to a good bit of tuna too. But not that gooey, whipped, mayo-infused crap that passes for tuna in a cheap salad or sushi joint.

True. I can't think of any kind of fish I've tasted that I didn't like. Fish are delicious.

I don't like most Atlantic whitefish. They all taste like perch to me, and I'll eat perch but I don't like to.

That being said; mahi, salmon, rainbow & brown trout, shellfish, tuna, yellowtail, eel, and many other sea-dwellers are delicious. Except for shrimp in any incarnation. It is awful.
