Strawberry Cake Room

I want to paint my walls, so I'm removing all the layers of wallpaper that my mother has piled on my walls over the years. If I don't, she might paint right over them or even wallpaper over them again while I'm in California!

Most of the layers can be pulled off, because they're stuck to each other instead of to my walls, but the very bottom layer is sticking to my walls. So far, I'm getting it off with water and a scraper, but, since no one is helping me, I'm wondering if there is an easier way.

Urine is a natural solvent on most basic glues, the salt also can corrode the paper really quick.

You can get steamers for removing wallpaper

Alternatively just grab some steam and throw it at the walls!!

Water and a scraper is what I used when I wanted to paint my room back in '07.

try an iron and salt water, the iron will steam the salt water and melt the glue

My parents removed the wallpaper (I was not there, I do not know how) from our bathroom and there were some groovy 70s wallpapers underneath!

I don't think there's a quick way to do it, but do remember that some wallpapers are specifically designed to prevent/reduce water damage so that might be making it more difficult.

You're gonna need a scraper, and probably a warm damp sponge to soften the edges.

Just to let you know though, there are many nice wallpapers out there nowadays that look like they're painted on - they're pricey, but I desire one!

It might try to catch it. Also you don't get the throw command until after defeating it.

Blue Mages can throw Rods at any time, although I can't remember exactly how or whether other classes can.

I never knew that! Blue mages get another awesome point, leaving them with a total of 362. :quina:

the only time anyone in my family needed to remove wallpaper, they got Hurricane Andrew to do it for them. I don't know if that will help you, though.

Last time I removed wallpaper, I used that spray goop and a rolly poker thingy, then scraped it away
