I've seen the other videos by the original poster of the video. Seems all fake, but it's funny how the kid is able to catch his brother's freakouts at the best times. :P
The whole thing seems a little fake to me. Why would he leave his room without any clothes on? Why would he even take them off?

If you read the description on the video it says that this video we're watching is not his. He reposted an older video that probably got deleted. So... yeah.
