I think we moved 'cause the pages were taking ages to load up and making double posts. Sometimes it would take you back to the main page if it was loading too long.
Don't believe Ondores lies.
If you made a post that started a new page it would always lock up, at least for me it did.
Don't know about now though, but overall it doesn't really seem to lag.
Personally i've yet to experiance any loading delays since the change which I would occasionally get beforehand.

The forums don't seem any faster to me but I'm not constantly being booted to the front page anymore so all's well.
It's funny because the forums getting faster coincided with my internet slowing down, so it's almost the same (slightly slower :()
It was all just to fill us with false hopes so we wouldn't stage a revolt. They'll promise us faster load times again in a few months.
The best way to make EoFF load faster is cast haste on it.

I'm pretty certain I don't have access to the webhost site anymore. Really only Murd should have access to that, and then after him he could perhaps set up sub-accounts that have limited access for tech purposes. I set accounts up for Samuraid and Mike if I recall correctly, but I'd not expect them to do anything without me emailing them.
