As the title suggest..Point out your favorite method of getting yourself around from one place to another..Can be land based, sea based, air based and yes even space based....
My favorite has to be traveling on the Elsa for Xenosaga..She one pretty swan of a vessel!
It comes down to two, for me:
Highwind and Agro. One is an airship, the other a horse; both are characters unto themselves.
The Blackjack and Falcon were pretty cool as zeppelins that could fly around the world in 10 seconds. Im also a fan of Cable cars like at the start of half life or the flying seru in Legend of Legaia, or the date in FFVII.
Oh yes and Flamie from Seiken Densetsu 2 and 3 was great
Viki and her Blinking Mirror in the Suikoden series. Instant teleportation everywhere? Yes, please.
The Transforming Dragon Jet from Wild ARMs 3.
Ragnarok and Balamb Garden are amazingly cool to get around in. The insides just look so nice.
In FFXI, I loved using teleports and warps! :)
I would never have remembered this without you mentioning it. Truly a wonderful piece of transportation. I'm a fan of the sand craft too though, what with its harpoons and cannons (also from Wild ARMs 3).Quote:

For airships, definetly the Blackjack. I like that its a casino, its got shops, it can hold my huge party, and its actually really fast.
Course one of my favorite modes of transportation is being shot out of a cannon in Secret of Mana. That never really got old form. :cool:
The Yggdrasil from Xenogears was pretty snazzy too.
The Raptor in Unreal Tournament 2004 and UT3. That thing is fun as crap to fly around and rain hell from above in.

In no particular order:
Teleporting crystals in FFXII. Fast and easy and no endless cutscenes.
Highwind gets high marks for versitility and speed.
Invincible for sheer coolness. Gotta love the Eyeball O' Doom.
Viki's teleporting is great but you usually get the ability to teleport back later.
Oh oh I know which would be a kick ass mode of transport.. Walking!!!
