I love snooooow~
It rains too much up north to get snow, it's sad :(
No snow here yet, but here in southern Virginia we're probably too far south to get more than a little bit of snow each year.
There was snow last week! It lasted only a day, though. Other than that, it was just rain. I hate it when it's cold and wet outside.
Yes, we've already had snow in Houston. :p
I live on the GulfCoast. No snoooooooooow for me! Bwuaha! Just warm weather and beaches, thanks you!
...If it actually snows here I would actually cry. I.. I wouldn't know what to do with myself! It hasn't snowed since I was about 8, and on the tele they say we have a chance every year but it never happens :mad2:
I'm ready for some! Hopefully after I got back home we'll get snow and I can just be snowed up and all huddled up playing video games in my parent's house. It'd be nice :)
We haven't had snow in a week and a half. There is still 3-4 inches on the ground outside and a lot of ice. It's been -5 since it snowed and the sun quit its job.
I hope we'll get snow soon. We've had next to nothing yet!
This thread is making me miss my high school in Maryland where if we got a few inches of snow school would be instantly canceled for at least a day. Law school never closes. :(
Hey, I used to live in Colorado, where school wasn't closed unless inches of ice prevented anything from actually being on the road. :p It all depends on the area and how well-equipped they are to deal with snow and keep the roads clear.
It's snowed quite a bit here but it was too hot for any of it to stick to the ground! :D
Snow? In Manchester? Are you mad, woman?
Hahaha, silly Manc. :jess:
I am excited for snow. Huxley never gets it, being a total lime, so he says when he sees it he's going to run outside like an excited 7 year old!
we had our first snow of the season in October. :|
I have never ever lived in snow. Every couple of years, for a weekend, I drive up a mountain in order to find a couple of inches of snow. I did that last weekend and it was amazing. I've never run through a snow-covered street before, and it's only the second time I've been in snow while it was actually falling from the sky.
I posted a couple of pics in the picture thread. I was giddy.
I lived in the frozen North as a child, but it rarely snows where I live now.
It snowed last year, but it was a freak. I hope it snows again, I like snow days :3
I don't think it snowed here until late October this year. but it won't melt until April or May.
I live in SoCal, it don't snow here.
Aw, ol' Quin can't catch a break on this thread. Chin up, i'll put a snowball in a cooler and send it to you
As soon as we get some snow that is ;~;. It's been cold as hell, and not a single flurrie :mad2:
I live in Florida. We haven't gotten snow since before I was born. I have to travel far north (or even further south, depending on the time of year) if I want to see snow.
England bites, of course we haven't had snow
It snowed in many parts of Texas...
...EXCEPT CORPUS CHRISTI!! >:(
so far in iowa we got about 16 in. last week
Nope, no snow yet.
I heard that it's gonna snow this Thursday, though.
I'm so jealous of people who have snow. :(
I also just woke up to snow all over the place this morning. Everything outside is completely covered in like one foot of snow, and it's still falling. It's very beautiful.
So, yaaaaaaaaayyyy! Snoooooow!
It snowed today in England! well, where I am in Essex.
I went out for my lunch break and was like wtf its snowing. now it's just icy :(
Not when you have to wake up fifteen minutes early to start your car, clean off the snow, and huddle back in to the house until you regain feeling in your body. Then you get to drive on icy roads. Then you get to work. Then you get to do the fifteen minutes horror of cleaning off your car and warming it again before you get to drive home on that icy road back home.
...if you don't have to work though - it's a TON of fun!!!!!! Sledding was great!~
It snowed a little here today!! :D But it's not anymore, it's supposed to tomorrow and Friday though.
Yes! In Sweden it's been snowing alot lately, and every single object outside is covered with fluffy, glimmering snow! (Maybe I could take a picture soon?!) It's beautiful, but so cold! Though now I finally get to make a snowman in the back yard~
It has now snowed here non-stop since yesterday morning, and it will probably keep on falling the rest of the day. Now I'd say there's like a half meter of snow all over the place. It's been a while since we've had this much snow.
Sooo pretty! - everything looks like something out of a fairy tale. I can't help but smile everytime I look out the window.
It dribbled a little, and that was it.
me personally i hate snow with a passion.
ahhh, it's really snowing here right now. well, as much snow as England gets. It's been snowing really hard for the past few hours, and there is soooo much settled on the ground. Apparently, it's going to be about 20cm by morning!
I like snow, when I can look at it from inside my nice warm house - it's pretty. but, driving in it is not fun at all! if it's still really bad tomorrow morning - i am so not going to work!

Please! Please! Please!
Hardly ever snows here sadly. I love it.
There's mad snow here today. School's were closing early. Here in the south it's a big deal. Since early this morning cars were packled at Wal-Mart and we couldn't hardly move around and all the milk was gone. People were leaving with like four big packs of water bottles. I think some were just paranoid. I don't think it's going to be that bad. it stopped and there's about six inches on the ground.
There's supposed to be a snowstorm coming through soon :O I hope we get some!
I'll be making a snowman tomorrow morning, I think! :snowman:
Edit: I took pictures when the snow started. I'll take BUNCHES of pictures tomorrow!

It's snowing now at my mom's. I think we're supposed to get 6-8 inches tonight, which is a significant amount for this area.
Edinburgh has been getting some snow for the last couple of days now, it sits about 2-3 inches high in some places but mostly it just melts away (and then freezes into large puddles of black ice, urgh). Hopefully we get a good portion of it sometime when I'm not working so Danielle and I can go have snowball fights like last year.
I was promised lots, and barely got any.
FINALLY got some! Tried to make a snowman but there wasn't enough :( I'm going to go back out later when the snow's a bit colder and less pathetic. Hopefully it'll snow tonight so I can make one tomorrow!
I love the snow so so much!
I was without electricity for twenty hours, because the snow took down a lot of trees near power lines. My house is like a refrigerator right now; my toilet seat is cold. :kaocry2:
had some snow the other day and now the grounds all frozen and white :P
looks like it might snow on top of it though :)
All I gotsa say Chloe is have you not looked out your window right now?
It's snowing here in London as I type. we've had like an inch or two already and it's still falling.
Theres snow in my garden, but thats outside so its probly a lie and it just wants me to think its snow so ill go outside to play in it then it will eat me.
THANK THE LORD
After England FINALLY getting it's snow, and it all happening up north and east anglia, the southwest is ALSO getting some - snowing right now..
Yes, L.o.T.S is getting excited
We ended up getting about 4-5 inches. Apparently we caught only the tail end of the storm because surrounding areas within about 30 miles of here apparently have a foot or more. But that's plenty for me, since that's more than we often get around here.
We've had some snow in Lancaster today, it even stuck to the ground!
Snow's all slushy now. I'm thankful for that. It's dangerous traveling in the snow. It all should be melted by tommorow.
