My diet is really quite varied but as soon as I stop being snowed in it will be mostly:
- Soup
- Pasta with veggies
- Fruit Juice
- Meat
- Apples / Strawberries / Grapes
I'm trying to eat more healthily (well, actually I want to lose half a stone. My diet isn't too bad, really. I just like hearty food!) Thus far, not going very well as we're snowed in and the only option is to eat the last of the yummy stuff from the holidays.

- & when I get tired at work Red Bull/Lucozade/Tea. I think I have too much caffiene, but I get too tired without it! but hopefully my energy will improve when the diet is improved.
My diet when I'm at my apartment is pretty basic, and is predominately mild variations of pasta, chicken, lunch meat sammiches, and soup. Oh, and cereal. For snacks/sides I have chips/salsa, frozen vegetables, and french fries.
Well, I guess that explains why people think I'm such a pussy...
(C'mon, nobody else went there yet? Sheesh.)

I just had chinese tonight and it was amazing. I've had ramen sandwiches the past couple days. One meal a day woo! My stomach's been hating me and for some reason has signed a truce with asian food. So yeah. For now

Until I came back home, I had such a limited diet since we had to save money by making mostly the same things in England, and that was...
Pasta. Mostly pasta. I really experimented with sauces, they had yummy healthy peppers and onions.
Salad - lettuce and tomatoes and sometimes cucumber.
Sammiches - Usually with ham or salami, cheese, and cucumbers.
Yummmm. Only thing is that in the US, I only eat whole wheat or grain bread, and in England, Hux always bought white!
And once and a while, I'd make some yummy chicken!
And we'd junk out once and a while on pizza and fries at the place nearby.
When I'm at home, I tend to be much more varied (I eat lots of more vegetables, like stringbeans and peas), eat Total cereal with 1% or 2% milk, lots of chicken, omelettes with egg whites. I eat healthier at home, but I eat less in England, for sheer money-saving reasons and general business, so I lost even more weight.
This explains why I'm full of crap :p
I have a fairly well balanced diet, but when I can get away with it:

Well you get the idea.
Well If I had money it would be much healthier.

- Lots of cups of tea and coffee.
Well that's basically my daily diet. :p
I was just thinking about posting a diet thread!
Mine is:
- Thai Kitchen Bangkok Curry instant rice noodles
- Salads with no dressing
- Protein shakes
- air-popped popcorn with fat free butter spray
- tea (no milk, no sugar) Green, usually, but at night some herbal
- Water (I drink about a gallon a day)
- Once a week: either pizza or Mexican or other such non-healthy sitch.

i`v e been feeling funky lately and haven`t been very hungry so i`ve eaten a whole lot of nothing. i really am craving something pasta and i have a box of penne so tomorrow i think i`ll get some alla vodka sauce, some mozzerella and go nuts.
The problem probably isn't actually being tired, it's a side effect of strong Caffeine addiction I know from when I used to drink like 10 mugs of coffee a day or so. The best way to cut down the caffeine intake is to try using a vitamin supplement which contains Ginseng or even better a liquid ginseng supplement itself since this promotes a healthier sleep pattern and natural energy. Some Ginseng supplements can result in you actually getting a mild buzz at first as your body gets used to it. Just remember to only ever take the supplement in the morning since otherwise you'll find that you're buzzing too much to sleep. I done this and even though the first week or two was horrible (you have to cut caffeine out completely at first though later once you've gotten used to it and settled your routine some though again don't drink coffee before bed, ginseng+caffeine late at night = all nighters due to buzzing feeling) I found myself very quickly sleeping better, working better, feeling better and in generally better health. Coffee for me is now just something I enjoy on occassion instead of just drinking it because I needed it. I never unless in a pub drinking something like vodka redbulls touch energy drinks these days.
My diet is pretty varied though the staple dish is:
Rice.
I don't really mind how I eat it so long as I'm eating it. I love having rice normally with things like chicken and mixed veg. I also eat a considerable amount of pasta and meat. I love to eat fish but my girlfriend hates the stuff so the main fish I get to eat these days is when I'm out and about with friends and I rarely turn down the chance to eat some suishi or similar when presented it.
I'm a yoghurt?
