Fortunately, no. But I can't believe it's worse than Omegle. Omegle is just...awful.
There are a few pretty funny screenshots from it circulating the web, but I'm not planning on using it myself. From what I've heard half the encounters you get are with people's dangly bits.
I've never been on it, but a few people I'm friends with on Facebook have put pictures up of them on it, and sometimes it's very disturbing. :(
