What do you put on your bagel?
The world hangs in the balance.
I HATE SEAGULLS. :D
I have never eaten a bagel!
Peanut butter
Blueberry bagels FTW~
I've never eaten a bagel either.
It probably has to do with the fact that I've never been to the east coast.
wait, I take that back. I think my aunt gave me one one time. It wasn't very good though ;o
A.. bagel? don't they have a hole in the centre? I have never had a "Bagel".
Strawberries and whipped cream.
Cream cheese is good too though. :D
I... why. They're one of the best things to come from the Jews ever. :(
Bagels, toasted till slightly crisp on the inside with melted butter is like... a delicacy of my life.
I like egg bagels and everything bagels (they have tons of seeds, a bit of garlic and onion, and a bit of salt on the outsides) the very best, but I'll eat just about any bagel.
I can only eat them once a week now and I have to scoop the insides out, because of my diet, but they're soooo good.
There are few things more wonderful on God's green earth than a bagel covered in a heap of cream cheese.
Blueberry bagels are fantastic! The only ones I will eat, though :) No cream cheese on it. I like them toasted and plain.
There are loads of Bagels in England. :D
Tesco sell delicious 5-packs of divine bagels for £1.19.
You people who have ever eaten bagels are deprived of one of lifes most delicious bread products.
A fresh salt bagel with butter is divine. Or one with a ton of cream cheese. :p
Also cinnamon bagels are divine. I love Bagels. we always have them on hand, because they are so delicious. I even had one for breakfast today! :D
I have also never had a bagel, they've never really appealed to me :/
I want a bagel omelet thing now.
A plain bagel is basically a donut-shaped roll. There are a variety of kinds of bagels to enjoy. Most are great with cream cheese, some with butter. hm... I wish I had a bagel with me right now.
I'm also amoung those who've never had one. I'm not entirely sure why, I guess we just don't buy them for some reason. :jess:
An easy target
See I am rping the sexy hunter character that you have imposed on me
EDIT: Aren’t I the guy that bangs Bella from Beauty and the Beast? Awesome she’s so pretty
I love cinnamon bagels! Toasted with some melted butter... YUM YUM :D
They always seemed very boring, so I've never had one!
Cream cheese makes me nauseated, so I can only eat bagels with butter, or plain. It's weird, because I love cheesecake, which is full of cream cheese.
That's kind of what I mean. I like cream cheese, just as long as there isn't a lot of it.
How could you people never have had a bagel? O:
I like cream cheese on mine.
My FAVORITE is an everything bagel with grape jelly and cream cheese. Sounds so bad, but tastes so good
Whipped cream cheese is the best. Glob it on too aw yea
I think it's weird that people think it's weird to have not had a bagel! They're really not terribly common in the places I've lived (midwest/south). I mean, they're there, people eat them, but I think it most cases people have more an affinity for donuts.
It makes sense. I mean, in the midwest and south, there's probably only bagels sold in Dunkin' Donuts and stuff, and those bagels suck ballz. If those were the only bagels I had, I wouldn't see the appeal either.
The best bagels are sold by independent kosher bagel shops. And there aren't many Jews in those places. XD
Cream cheese.
Failing that, I'll turn it into a pizza.
You can get bagels at WalMart and even McDonalds. They aren't that uncommon.
Even Wal-Mart caters its inventory to locations! And it's true-- there are very few Jews down here. I only ever met any when I came to college!
(Peanut) Butter*

I love bagels. I almost always eat them with cream cheese. Although, they used to serve them for breakfast at school and they'd also give you fruit preserves! I usually chose strawberry.
This thread makes me think that whatever I thought was a bagel, actually was some lying impersonation.
Bagels with cream cheese and salmon are pure yum!
I'd eat bagels with anything in them, though.
I don't like bagels. At all. They taste so boring, and I also despise cream cheese and butter.
IDK why so many people haven't had a bagel. It's the best kind of bread. I love it wuth cream cheese, smoked salmon, black pepper and lemon juice. Or PB and J if I want something sweet.
Cream Cheese is the best kind of topping. Butter will do in a super pinch though.
Someone once told me that one bagel = 5 slices of bread. And so after that I stopped eating bagels.
But I love butter and jam on my toast. Cream cheese should just be reserved for cheesecake. I had no idea bagels were a regional thing. You can find them in most bakeries, coffee shops, etc, on the west coast.
Cream cheese for the win. (:
You people...who have never partaken of the deliciousness that is a bagel loaded with cream cheese...dissapoint me. :(
We must fix this.
It's actually closer to 4. So a bagel is the same as two sammiches. :p

There is nothing so grand as a bite of bagel.
Especially when overloaded with cream cheese. Or sauced in melted butter. Or made into a PB&J. Or and sandwich. Or a pizza.
Bagel is best.
Plain toasted bagel with philadelphia and a ham. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
I had one tonight! :jess:
Adding meat and cheese is doing it wrong?
Well, sandwiches are better than bagels. So maybe, just maybe.
Why are all you deranged people suggesting that cream cheese is a good thing? It is the surest way to ruin a bagel
I just now "got" the thread title!
I don't think bagels are regional. I like them quite a bit but I've had them since I was a kid. I like cinnamon raisin bagels with plain cream cheese.
Butter ^^
KaiserDragon + Rye = Lone voices of bagel topping sanity 4eva.
Today I had another bagel for breakfast with strawberry cream cheese. :ichigo:

I've never met anyone who puts vegetables on their bagels. What kinds of vegetables would people put on them?
Maybe bagels are more common on the east coast but there are heaps of them here in good ol' Texas.
Edit: (SPOILER)Bagel Bites, anyone? Yumm
