Ketchup and mustard are all a hot dog needs to be good. Extra stuff is nice, too, as long as it isn't relish or onions or whatever. Gross.

Hot dogs should always be topped with Onions, Mustard and Ketchup anything less is just simply inferior!

MUSTARD, and if not that then Chili and cheese will do.
