what did you think of Snow???

i wish they made his personality more like this

I thought Snow was a good character, in a very technical sense, but I didn't really care for him. It's hard to explain really. :/

wow that video spoof was stupid, why do ppl insist on ruining good things?.. Snow is a great character that was performed well by his voice actor, i haven't finished the game yet but so far his motivation seems the most pure...

A somewhat likeable idiot. Best used as a meat shield, and kept away from leadership responciblities. Also, needs to be kept away from sharp objects, he might hurt himself.

I don't hate Snow like I do Hope. I'll use Snow when I find situations where I need him. Though I don't like him as I do Lightning, Fang, Sahz and Vanille.

I do like Snow, if only for being a lovable idiot. He has great intentions but its obvious he lacks the skill and quick thinking like Lightning has to pull off the whole "shoot now, ask questions later" though in Lightning's case its more of a "shoot now, shoot some more, and after everyone is dead, ask a few questions...".

I use Snow as my leader thanks to his high HP and his Sentinel class making him damn near indestructible. My only beef with Snow, besides being intertwined with Hope's plot, is that he disappears for a really long time leaving the player to suffer through four and half chapters with the flimsy characters. I probably had more game overs in the first half of the game than I did during the second half.

Snow was an epic fail for a character. His character single handily probably ruined the game for me with his stupid "I'M THE HERO," or " I'LL SAVE THE DAY." I cannot fathom anybody liking his personality because it was just so dumb and pathetic, i mean what kind of a character expresses that so openly.. SMH

^ Agreed... His stupid cliche and corny lines were really stupid... I never used him as a character if I didn't have to... And really, why the name Snow? I think square Enix is running out of names? :P

Snow should've been sexually assaulted by an Adamantoise.

Snow was about as good as the rest of the game's cast: that is to say he was dismally annoying.

Hard to dislike him, if only because the VA did a really good job considering the script. Of the main cast, Snow is behind only Sazh in terms of VA.

As a character, he was a lot more interesting when the plot was handling him as confident to the point of tragic. Instead, all his confidence panned out and we had to listen to him parrot about Focus, Serah, and doing whatever it takes, etc, for the rest of the game. In other words, his character went nowhere. He might as well have been a seven-foot-tall, talking onion knight.

I went back and forth on him, honestly. On the one hand, I like that he knew who he was, what he was, and didn't care what others thought of him. And I liked that he was the only "chill" character of the cast. But on the other hand, I hated his hero complex, and I hated him in battle.

All in all, not a bad character, but not a good one, either.

I found him a likable doofus, a little like Tidus. Interesting that they have a straight paladin character in this game seeing that they were parodying these types in FFVI and FFIX.

He must have pretty rotten karma too, seeing how he's (SPOILER)lost his fiancee, and he starts the game hated by two other members of his own party. I half expected that NORA would be wiped out for added pathos.

I like him more than Hope and Vanille, less than Lightning and Sazh.

I've started playing this game recently. So far, I find him a blowhard and I want to smack him. I like Vanille better even.

Snow reminded me of Zap Brannigan from futurama, even his voice sounded like him from time to time lol. I didn't like hope either but still wanted hope to stab him. As far as ff13 goes it was the female characters that made the game for me.

Pompous and oblivious idiot. Would probably get himself, and many of his friends, killed if he was a real person.

I hated Snow

I'm not going to criticise the actor, but the writing was awful - from the usual 'hero' bit everyone hates, to the poorly developed love story

However, once the game starts and the story ends at chap 11, I felt a lot happier about him, as he and Hope stopped talking!

In battle, only useful as a sentinel in a couple of battles

He wasn't as bad as Hope.
