I've always assumed it's asking if the death penalty should be applied to the most serious crimes, by which I'm assuming they mean things like rape and murder, or whether it should not be applied at all. If they were asking whether it would be applicable to less serious crimes I would assume the word "only" would be included. Also strongly disagreeing with the statement increases your libertarian score, which means it's probably asking whether it should be abolished.Quote:

If you don't think the outcomes of the lack of conflict and debate in a political system would be likely to be benign, then you'd disagree or strongly disagree with the statement. Not gonna take the test again, but last time i ended up a bit closer to libertarian than to 0 on the vertical axis, and more or less right in the middle on the horizontal axis. I suspect that I would end up a bit further to the right today.
