My fav show is on! Woohooo! I can't wait.
I'm glad too, because the last two season were less-than-stellar. This cast and theme looks promising though.

I'm glad they got rid of Redemption Island. Seems like a colorful cast this season.
I agree on both accounts. Redemption was just a poor idea that dominated too much of the game. Any pre-game favorites?
Yes, I predict the dumb blond to make it to the finals.
I heard good things about Sabrina, she seems like a contender.
Stupid Australian television not showing programs when they come out :(
Yo. You can find episodes on Youtube if you look hard enough.
Welcome to CBS Wednesday. Survivor starts CBS now!
Well, first episode was anti-climatic. One of my pre-show favorites was taken out due to a broken arm because she didn't listen to Probst, and half of the men are awful.
I do like Sabrina, who created a solid ally in Colton (who is unbearably annoying), and found the Immunity Idol. She seems like one to contend with. Both she and Chelsea give me winner vibes.
The women's tribe is pretty useless outside Sabrina. The men's tribe has one too many beefcakes this season. My pick to win is the hot country blonde.
Yeah, her and Sabrina are my picks to win.
Oh, and Jonas out of the dudes I guess.
Hot country blonds are always good.
I think Jonas will get kicked early.
Women tribe sucks. But I've seen enough of this show to know they'll turn it around based on how the editing is paitning them out. ;)
I agree on both counts. They do indeed suck and the editing of this show is too damn predictable. :p
The woman's tribe is just... embarrassing. There seems to be a few bright ones in the group, but they're overshadowed by the idiocy of the dumb blond and the annoyance of "I'm going to let her drown" Alicia.
Colton is the WORST. The worst.
This. THIS. God, I hate that douche. He's all "nobody likes me" even though he spent most of his time alienating himself by ignoring his tribe and talking with the women and annoying them. Then he tries to be all badass villain and it's very irritating. Then he whips out an idol given to him and now he's some mastermind? Ugh.
I really, really don't like this guy. He's a generic stock reality gay guy and he's playing it up. Richard Hatch and Todd Herzog where legitimately likable and legitimately entertaining. But Colton...reminds me of a guy at my school that I don't like.
This show is watchable again now that Colton is gone. I wish he were betrayed and voted out instead, though. Now he's just going to whine about how he would have won the game had he not gotten sick.
This season seems like they are just throwing whataver out there to see what sticks. The One World thing was getting boring so they switched up the tribes. Then the very next episode they merged the tribes. Maybe if you get better players you won't have to change the game up so much to create activity.
I've noticed there's a lot more idiots than usual. Some of these people are just plain dumb. And I've seen mean or bitch players on this show. Russel, Sandra, Richard could all be pretty nasty, but they were at least fun to watch (when Richard was clothed at least). But Colton and Alisha are two of the meanest people I've ever see play this game. They are little moody bitches and don't deserve to be on this show. I don't even want to see them on the screen. Survivor needs to fire their casting director after this season because I feel it's the worst group ever.
I wouldn't call Richard or Sandra mean. Richard was certainly a scoundrel. but never malicious. Sandra was pretty agreeable (if foul-mouthed) to most people and the only people she were actually "mean" to were Jonny Fairplay and Russell. I smurfing hate Russell and insist he is one of the worst players both strategically, socially, and morally of all time and I've wrote an essay as to why.
Colton is basically Russell. He has style-over-substance gameplay and boasting over every step he makes that leads to his downfall. Alicia is just mean-spirited. Very Na'Onka-esque. Glad he's gone and she's cooled.
I think they should completely redo the entire casting system. Every season since Samoa has had horrendous casts with Heroes vs Villains being the lone (and only partial) exception.
