I would wish for Piccolo to come back to life and then wish him to Namek, and I would use the last wish for a magic plate that makes any food I am currently craving appear on it. Nice and practical.

Wish 2: Complete control over the entire food industry. ie I am the sole manufacturer of food.
Wish 3: Food replaces money as the worldwide currency.
