My desk is ridiculously cluttered. My coffee table, however, is not. There's actually nothing on it at all. Except for dust particles and air, probably.

Coasters, tissue box, a container that holds remotes, back scratcher, candles, place mats.
I have an old coffee table my great grandmother left behind. It sits in my apartment and I often use my laptop on it.
I have a coffee table at the foot of my bed (my parents got a new one and were going to get rid of this one)
1) It has my shoes on the bottom part of the table
2) a small violin in it's case with bow and resin
3) some jackets on top of that
4) an old textbook about circuits
5) a large box containing:
a) a soccerball,
b) a basketball
c) two guitars, one unstrung and missing the nut and missing a lower fret (my highschool was throwing it out so I took it and havent been bothered to fix it up yet)
d) A wiffle sword
e) a shoulder bag which has:
i) 9 year old paint/paint brushes in it
ii) a sports cup
iii) Some suspenders with broken clips
The coffee table in the lounge room has some readers digests and ps2/3 games as well as a container of my ps1/2 memory cards.
I don't have a coffee table anymore but when I did, it had magazines and candles on it.
What if I don't have a coffee table? :(

Our coffee table is a footrest.
Usually there are pillows and remotes on the coffee table, but it is currently bare. It also lifts!

We had a party last night
A plant, router/modem and telephone. We have OCD in my house so everything is in it's place :D
I don't have one but if i did, it would be covered in pizza coupons, books, composition notebooks (my fiance is an office supplies freak :D), dvds, and lord knows what else. We've gotten better at keeping the place organized and clean, but that's how our habits roll xD

Mine generally has the TV remote, console controllers, and an assortment of random things. Most importantly, it is a foot rest for my sofa.
