I would put the smurfing thing on Kefka's head and see if it actually works. Something tells me it would just fizzle and explode.
I would also have tried putting it on the Narshe Elder's head at the start to save a whole lot of hooplah.
Gau, Mog, or Umaro so I can actually control them in battle
Put it on Kefka, make him wear a maid's uniform and clean my house.
I would put it on Gestahl and make him bark like a dog. You should know why.
