Hmm, so it is not an enemy, which rules out Ifrit, Diablos, the Brothers, Cerberus, Bahamut, Cactuar and Tonberry. It is not found in Dollet, so Siren's out too. Pandemona and Quezacotl are out too, since they've already been guessed. You could interpret "not giving an item to the player" as "G.F. has no x-Refine ability" but I wouldn't make that assumption (and I don't think there's a G.F. that fulfills that requirement). So that leaves Shiva, Carbuncle, Leviathan, Alexander and Doomtrain (and Eden but Gamblet guessed that).
