Your Favorite Thing That Is Bad For You

Screw the fact that I can't look at a can of pop anymore without a million people going "HURR that's bad for you." Newsflash: I know it's bad for me. I have a vice, okay? I also only eat processed foods, for that matter! Actually I'd like to change that one but holy crap anytime I've ever tried cooking/baking/etc. it bores me to tears. And also I'm terrible at it.

I'm sure many of us have a similar confession to make. So ITT we talk about your favorite vices and other things that are slowly killing you :) (inb4 this turns into some sort of weird advice/debate thread)

Some time ago, I made a thread about canned goodies... canned pastas are out of this world. Ravioli, spaghetti, canned lasagna, canned everything. I love canned pastas.

In that case, you should try out a chocolate coke. It is delicious.

Actually hold up, I drink a lot of coffee/mocha with caramel/toffee syrups. That stuff is heavenly.

Pour some chocolate syrup into a class of coke. Why they haven't commercialized this yet, is a mystery to me. :erm:

Also, why is everyone saying cheese is bad for you?

But, wasn't Coke Blak a coffee flavoured drink, and not chocolate? :colbert:

As for me, I generally try to avoid anything made from grains like the stuff will kill me (which it actually will to be fair). This is a problem since I like beer. Luckily I've managed to shift my love of beer over the years from the University student love of beer, to loving beer for the complex flavours and varieties so I don't have to drink a lot to have my fill. One is often enough.

Aside from that, Cotton Candy and Oreo ice cream. If the latter is on sale, I will buy it and eat it all in one day. If the former is being sold at all I will buy it and skip the bowl.

Booze. Especially since I prefer to overmix my drinks with hard liquor. That and having a 5 Hour Energy some of the time isn't really a healthy thing to do.

There was this really long, drawn out argument between Shorty, Vivi22, myself, and a couple other people on here back in early summer. It was everyone vs. Shorty, because she doesn't agree with the merits of having an all-steak diet. :colbert:

I have to have Shorty's back on some things since we are CK contest bro's now, but I will never back the opinion that there is anything wrong ever with an all steak diet. Meatliness is next to godliness or some such.

I love McDonalds, way too much. And it's going to give me diabetes, or a heart attack, and it's going to kill me. I don't even know why it's so good, it's made out of so much nasty crap. I'm convinced they actually put crack in their food and that's why it's so addictive.

Fast food in general. Soda too. Pretty much anything my mom tells me not to eat or else I'll get diabetes or something like that. She's "health conscience" and it annoys me so much whenever she preaches about it. "You should make your own smoothies, Jeff." "You should stop eating out so much, Jeff." Ice cream and tooth decaying orange juice. I love to drink up that acidic juice way too often, but it used to be worse. I use to drink lemon juice that comes in the bottle like it was water. Then realized that was gross.

Also, I have some pretty messed up shoulders that being a drummer is not helping. If I play drums after a long period of having not you can bet that my shoulders will be wrecked the next day.

oh well I guess in that case all the running I do. Causes me great physical pain quite frequently. No pain no gain mothersmurfers.

I drink too many fizzy drinks, alcohol and I also eat too many sweets. Other than that I'm pretty damn good to myself, I get worse as winter progresses and eventually have a diet no man should ever attempt to live on. Then in the spring and summer my diet will essentially become a non-stop fiesta of salads.

Alcohol and playing around with friends with benefits. <3

I always crack my knuckles... and NO it doesn't give you arthritis!

It might not but my fingers are pretty rubbish, I messed up the tendons so I don't have nearly as much movement as I used to.
