I enjoy rain. It makes me feel cozy when I'm indoors. Except for when I lived in Washington and it rained for like four months straight, that got old kind of fast.
Do you like the rain? :)

I know everyone knows of this site, and I am pretty sure I have posted it before on this forum, but for those of you who might not have heard of this, and enjoy the sound of rain...
RainyMood.com: Rain makes everything better.
This helps me fall asleep sometimes.
I love rain.
Last summer in my old apartment, it was outrageously hot one week. We didn't have air conditioning and nothing relieved it, so we were just laying around. Then it started raining for the first time in weeks and we went up on the roof and let ourselves get drenched. The rain was cold and felt sooo good :)
I also love rain, but sometimes it can be annoying when I'm out and wearing glasses. I especially love the sound of rain when inside. It should rain every night.
Rain at night is good. Rain during the day is hit and miss. Pretty sure it's raining outside now but ugh I have to actually go and be outside and it'll be muddy.
Rain is great, except when it's freezing rain. OMG, I smurfing hate it when the ground is frozen and you immediately fall after you slip on the frozen sidewalk.
RAIN IS THE BEST WEATHER EVER. It always makes me want to jog :D
rain makes rainbows which makes double rainbows
i had a smurfing religious experience partial orgasm today because of the beauty of it all (rain and fall)
I love it when I'm inside snuggled up and cosy. Hate it when I'm out and have things to do, especially when it's windy too xD
I love the rain. It gets me wet.
Nah, I prefer summer and hot weather. But I do like it when we have a massive storm after a big period of no rain.
Raining time is bathing time. Bath tub out under the skies, droplets dropping down from the clouds, moisturizing the skin with the essence of nature.
No acid rain please. :(
I enjoy listening to the rain, but I don't particularly enjoy being in it.
You guys have no idea what you're talking about. Enjoy your gentle 20C showers you mistake for rain while I try to live in a 24 hour muggy tempest of trout weather. How the hell people can enjoy this trout baffles me.
You like being a victim, though.
Rain is actually the one thing I don't mind messing up my glasses. I can always just wipe them off when I get home (or wherever I'm going) and I know they'll be just fine. Even if they get some muddy smudges on them, a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol on a napkin and another dry cloth will make them look good as new without any blotches or streaks and that makes me insanely happy :D
Anything else on my glasses though makes me want to kill things. Big things.
Occasionally I can make myself enjoy it, and I can see the attraction for countries that don't get too much of it.
However since I'm in England (Northern England, which is worse) and we get rain like almost 24/7/365, it gets very very old :p
the only downside to rainy weather here is that something goes awry somewhere and the town fire alarm goes off for at least ten minutes every time. still love hearing you tapping on the window and waking me up every morning though. a torrential downpour hitting the window is just wonderfully pleasant.
I just walked in the rain today, it was blissfully peaceful. I then stood upon the bridge at our local park that overlooks a small brook and pondered upon life. Today was a good day. :)
I will second the rain-glasses annoyance. Other than that, it's lovely and I love the overcast weather and fog that it brings here.
Contacts :D
But I like my glasses :(
girls with glasses > girls without glasses
fact
I will sometimes put in contacts if I know it's raining beforehand. But sometimes it starts raining only after I'm already outside and wearing glasses. Then the rain can be annoying.
Yes, but you have such pretty eyes. You should show them off. :(
Good thing I have both then. :)
Also: Who else hates those girls (and guys too) who go out and by fake hipster glasses. YOU HAVE 20/20 VISION. STOP WEARING FAKE GLASSES JUST TO LOOK COOL. IT MAKES YOU LOOK RETARDED.
I will support your decision to make a new thread so we can deliberate this properly. also thx girly
There is no sight of rain anytime soon and that makes me sad. :(
*snip*
I love the rain! There isn't anything else like walking out in the rain and just looking around. Then afterwards I go inside and read a book. So much fun!
Alas, colorados time for rain is coming to an end. We're already supposed to be getting SNOW in about a week. D:
Girls with REAL glasses > girls without glasses > eating a dead squirrel > poisonous fog > being born during the Christian dark ages > girls with fake glasses
i will friggin cradle and make out with all the girls with fake glasses that you guys as a society banish
we'll create our own world
with blackjack
and hookers
The irony here on this derailed topic of conversation is 20/20 does not signify perfect vision, it merely signifies average/above average vision in both eyes. Or at least that's what I remember hearing from an optician when we were drinking together one night.
Either way, I don't mind the rain, I can't exactly sit here and bitch about it after all I live in bloody England where it rains almost every day if not every couple of days. When it's icy cold and the rain is hard and it's windy though I'd rather be wrapped up inside with a cuppa and a book than outside in the crap.
The lack of rain and the abundance of palm trees are really my only two gripes with southern California.
I miss the Washington rain all day everyday. It was wonderful. Hopefully it rains when I go to Seattle this weekend.
I actually like the rain on my glasses. It looks cool.
I love rain. I love how it feels and sounds. I don't mind if its cold rain. I like walking in the rain.
I don't like sitting in the rain though. Or having to be in it without being able to get changed afterwards because when its no longer raining but my clothes are still soaked it feels icky :|.
Rain can be alright. I just hate getting caught in downpours, where it's cold, wet and windy. Nothing more awful than having cold wet clothes stuck to you. ;_;
Dancing in the rain has ruined a few pairs of shoes though. :(
Get boots :D
We've had some cold, rainy autumn days lately. I love it as long as my mood doesn't drop, which it usually does :(
I love rain but there are times that I hate rain coz I feel so sad. Any way do you know leather chair repair? Please share it here if you know it.
I live in ireland.
The bots are getting more clever.
