Just according to the songs named "Celes theme" and "Terra's Theme" I would have to say Cele's Theme. If we were to take "Awakening" into account it would be a more difficult matter. But if we took Aria de Mezzo Carattere into account as well it would probably tip the scale back to Cele's Side
I've always been partial to Terra's more. Although Relm has the strongest character theme of them all.

Terra's theme, definitely. I like Celes' theme, but I've never quite loved it the same way many seem to.
And yes, Cyan's theme is better than both :D

Terra's by an inch. Both are lovely though.

In a binary poll like this, there literally is no wrong answer.
I chose Terra's theme because I think it would be grand to listen to a character theme that also doubles as a world map theme. There's a certain wonder to that. Celes has fantastic themes as well but Terra is my choice for this.
