I recently received my PM telling me that my poster has been sent, so I'm going to make this thread now.

I remember in the poster thread a few members were up for sending in pictures of themselves holding their posters as thanks to SE + EoFF, so this thread will be a way to organize all the submissions into one thread!

I'll post a picture after I get my poster.

I originally thought it would be a good idea to make some type of project out of this, like send the pictures as a collage/slide show of some sort. Does anybody else have any ideas? I just thought it would be cool to really show how thankful we are.

All I know is I'm going to be naked in my picture.

Anyone who didn't win something should have done more tasks. Those who did at least five tasks got posters... it was about as simple as that in the end! After some weren't claimed though I wouldn't be surprised if all who did at least as few as 2-3 tasks ended up with one...

I think people taking photos with their posters is a fantastic idea, personally. Think about it: The more thanks we show SE, the more willing they may be to give us more items to give away in the future... and that's only good news for you guys!

I just realized mine is probably down at the office. I got a package, and none of us could figure out what it mus be.

I think it's a smart move that BoB had tasks for those who really wanted to win that poster. It means more activity for the forums, and those doing the tasks will get to see why this place is so freakin' awesome.

I could have done the tasks, but I didn't really want to bother linking back to my posts for some of the tasks.

Well at least the pics had a story with with them.

The sweater is nice (Forever 21), but the ballerina fairy shoes are my favorite part of this outfit. I literally love them so much I've been wearing the same outfit 2 days in a row. I just washed it yesterday just so I could wear it again today to go out. :shiny:

That tube has been kept for sentimental reasons (SPOILER)or because I wanted somewhere to store it if I have to redecorate or anything

I like the idea of framing it. Hmmm. Though I'd not have a clue how unless you can get frames the exact size or something. And I'd have to iron the blu-tack-pressing-squished corners and the top edge from when I was trying to pull it from the tube.

I couldn't get an exact fit frame for the poster. :( But I refused to not get a frame though, don't want to ruin the corners with thumb tacks or blu-tack.

I had to toss the tube, but I did blow down it and sing down it for a bit, until I moved to fast and whacked the bottom of it which really HURT MY TEETH D:

I was messaged on the 15th and I believe I replied on the 20th. I never received a message back though confirming it was received or not.

If it's not sent airmail I know it can take a very long time for this kind of thing to get overseas. NCG, I thought you were in North America?

Not only is he in the US, but within the same state as Shlup, and so should have gotten it quickly. Have you asked Shlup if she can track it at all?

That's unfortunate. I had my mail re-directed for a few months, but only have one month left on it. :(
