I wish I had some understanding of those. How do you make a rep comment on a post? How many does it take to get each green tab? What happens if a post gets full rep?
Is this stuff explained anywhere?

Where are you guys finding these numbers? As you can obviously tell, I would appreciate a rep FAQ.
Just click "Settings" to go to your user control panel. The main page of your control panel will show your latest rep received and given.
