Chicken. Though to be fair I've never had a beef fajitas. Like to try one though.

Chicken, though beef fajitas are also very good.
Neither answer is more correct than the other. I must go with both.
I used to love chicken fajitas, but these days I'm partial to shrimp.
Both, although I eat chicken fajitas almost all the time because Danielle doesn't eat beef and the canteen at work rarely includes beef fajitas (sometimes, though, they have some variation of beef wraps).
I probably eat an average of 2-3 fajitas per week lately. :p

I love fajitas. Spicy ones with sour cream and guacamole with jalapenos oooooh! yummy
They just need to come out sizzling, it adds to the fajita experience. :quina:

There's nothing wrong with a regular discussion of fajitas.
Either, so long as there's a generous amount of bacon and cheese as well.
Last time we had a fajita thread I said my favorite ones were the kind at Taco Bell and then I made half of the forum go :colbert: at me
It was pretty amusing, let's see if we can duplicate that feat

I did something crazy today. Bear with me.
I put both Chicken AND Beef into the same fajita.
The resulting foodgasm is clearly why this is a taboo topic and the two are never combined.

So what do you people eat with the meat? I load it up. Peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, lots of goodies.
Last time I was in the hospital, I literally ate chicken fajitas for every meal.
