Black mage, definitely. Because blowing trout up is fun.
White Mage. Heal + Haste. Maybe not handy as in killing the monster but without their help in support to heal you and increase your battle speed or slow down the monster you'll be screwed. Plus in FF3 DS they have those kitty ears on the hood. So cute ! :love:
I always liked the devout costume a lot, too! I'd have to say time and summoner are my favs, though. I'm surprised how many are saying white is their favorite! I guess it is the most useful, though...:mad:Quote:

Just to be clear the magics are categorized by this:
White: HP Restoring, status removal
Black: Offensive elemental magic
Red: Mix of low and intermediate white and black magic.
Green: Buffs ex. Protect, Shell,
Blue: Anything, plus weird stuff like the Lvl magics.
Time: Haste, Hastega, Slow, Slowga, Stop, Stopga, Demi, Graviga, Quake, Comet, Meteor?
Arcane: Status inflicting
I know each game is different, but I think my favourite mage type would be Red. Why? Because while they can't hurt as much as a Black Mage or support as good as a White Mage, most games allow them to use harder-hitting weapons. That means you don't have to waste MP as often, and in some games that's critical.
If we're talking about my Favourite Mage, as in the person, I'll go with Ultimecia, but that's off topic :semicolonpee:
Incorrect. The magic classifications are as follows:
White Mages: Have lame hoods.
Black Mages: Have cool hats.
Red Mages: Have really cool hats.
Green: No hats.
Blue: Possibility of hats.
Time: No hats!
Arcane: Undeserving of hats.
Time Mage's have hats. Look at Tactics.
They weren't good hats :|.
