I love my name, actually. Michael des Lauriers is deliciously pretentious.

Justin. Just in case anyone didn't know already.
OMG SO CLEVER JUST IN CASE ROFL
Is Case your last name?
No, my last name is embarrassingly Polish.
I am good with my name, well my nickname: Bobby. I hate it when people call me "Robby" or something like that. Mostly because that's what they call my dad. Yes, I was named after my dad and his dad so yay!
I have a pretty epic last name: Noble. :D
Theres a W in my name, I hate the letter W, why does it have to be the only letter with more than one syllable!? I also dont like my last name but whatever.
Bobby Noble sounds like a modern-day Paladin.
Shauna Mitchell isn't a bad name. Possibly because I've lived with it for 22 years, I have become accustomed.
My full name is Jordan Patrick O'Donnell Cleary. Despite it sounding positively Irish, I'm actually 1/4 English, 1/4 Irish, 1/4 Indian, and 1/4 Chinese. My ethnic heritage reads off like an international buffet menu.
I don't mind my name. Jordan is pleasant enough, and some of my friends call me Cleary which as a nice ring to it. There's actually a slight joke on Cleary; this song is sometimes sung by my friends jokingly.
That definitely does sound like pretentious "punch you in the face material". :D
If you think it looks pretentious, you should see how I pronounce it!
I hate my name.
Just call me Pike. :jess:
Reno Kristiansen. It's pretty simple. :p
I guess I am Polish white trash, so here's my name:
Crystal Loretta Grabowski.
My first and middle names come from my great grandmothers on both sides. I'm pretty indifferent to my first name. My middle name is unique, though, and I like it.
I both like and don't like my last name. I like it because it's different and indicative of my culture/heritage, but I don't like it when people don't know how to sound it out. It shouldn't be hard to pronounce...
My middle name, Ashley, I've always prefered. Elizabeth, my first name, I used to dislike but now I'm indifferent.
Gertrude is an ugly name for a woman.
My last name is fairly bland, which is why I am taking my fiances name when we get married. Her name sounds better.
It's either that or take my family name of Przemytski.
my name's Robert, i prefer the shortened form Rob. i don't really hate it i guess
my middle name is Joel. i like it.
my last name was pretty Polish, so my grandfather's generation changed it to something more pronounceable.
My name is pretty bland, but I don't really mind. It's a bit common though since my last name is a common one.
Clearly her name is Samantha and she is a filthy whore.
Samantha Jones isn't a whore. She's a very nice girl. :colbert:
Obviously I like my sobriquet, "Bleys Jackson Maynard" or I wouldn't have chosen it.
I used to dislike my real name (Marcus Scott Huculak) because a) when I was growing up I went by "Mark" and people would bark it like a swear word, and b) Nobody ever spells my last name right, and occasionally slip an "x" in there for no reason, but I'm a bit more indifferent now that I've started going by Marcus and learned the correct, Ukrainian pronunciation of my last name.
As of this point, I usually introduce myself as Bleys online and Marcus face-to-face, but I'll respond to either readily enough online. If someone I didn't meet online were to call me Bleys face-to-face I'd probably have them committed to an institution for the criminally insane. Especially if they pronounce it wrong (It rhymes with face, not phase)
My full name is Ashton Marie Bourbonnais and I do not like it at all. Ashton is a boy's name and I have never met a non French person who could properly pronounce my last name. Then I get asked to repeat it four million times as if that will suddenly make them be able to pronounce it properly. Maybe if they practice french pronunciation a bit more first. Even for those who can pronounce it, I don't like it. It's too long.
Bur bon ay.
My name is great.
No, Megan.
Yes, Bur bon ay!
I guess that could be considered the correct pronunciation if you intend to pronounce it incorrectly.
In other words, no.
Boor-bon-eh
Closer. If I get bored enough I'll make a voice message of me pronouncing it.
i don't know what you're all reading, it's definitely pronounced "ash ton"
Boor-bun-eh?
Also, Bleys--Raistlin pronounces your username "Bleez," the weirdo.
Ber-boh-nes. Or Ber-bou-nis.
I like my name, although I will forever have to deal with people incorrectly pronouncing my last name, unless I move to Italy.
I'll vocaroo it tomorrow when I have access to my boyfriend's laptop. Mine appears to not have a microphone.
German
I don't like saying my full name if I'm not mentioning middle name. Too many s sounds in a row. I sometimes wish I could go by my middle name but when people ask me my name, I tell them my first name but never tell them to use my middle name. I sometimes don't like my nickname because it's my dad's and it's "Average" in every meaning of the word. I allow a lot of people to use it though.
I like a lot of names: Ashley, Andrew, Alexander, Aurora, Ace, Aidan, Alan(a), Astrid, Adal(ia), Alphonse, Anastasia, Armind, Anton, Aqua, Archer, Arthur, Argo, Artemis, Arizona, Blaine, Brian, Brandon, Brady, Beverly, Balthier, Benjamin, Charles, Cadence, Carmine, Cheryl, Canon, Capri, Carter, Catherine, Christopher, Calvin, Davis, Drake, Dorothea, Daniel(le), Drusila, Deanna/Diana, Demeter, Dylan, Durant, Edward, Edmond, Edwin, Ezekiel, Ekhardt, Elizabeth, Elder, Eureka, Ferdinand, Fremont, Fakhir, Falco(n), Gavael, Gabriel, Galadriel, Galahad, Garrick, Garland, Gyrich, Hannibal, Harvard, Harleigh, Jacob, Jeremiah, Jason, Jean(ne), Jasmine, Kevin, Kellan, Kimber(ly), Kenneth, Laremy, Laurel/Lauren, Lance, Longinus, Lamont, Lysander, Luther, Lucifer, Maximilian, Mackwell, Machiavel, Michael, Mason, Madeline, Marguerite, Malcolm, Melanie, Millicent, Maleficent, Marion, Mycroft, Nathan(iel), Natasha, Oscar, Octavius, Oliver, Ophelia, Orion, Orlando, Oswald, Percival, Persephone, Penelope, Parker, Philip, Phoebe, Priscila, Quincy, Rachael, Raphael, Raven, Rebecca, Reid, Reginald, Richard, River, Robin, Roger, Roland, Roman, Romeo, Ryker, Sebastian, Sakura, Sasuke, Salvador, Samantha, Samuel, Savannah, Sawyer, Scarlet, Sequoia, Sergio, Serenity, Shannon, Sheridan, Sienna, Sidney, Simon, Sophia, Solomon, Sonja, Stephan, Sylvester, Tabatha, Talia, Tanya, Theodore, Terence, Theresa, Thaddeus, Tiphana, Thomas, Trevor, Tristan, Ulric, Ullyses, Uriel, Valerie, Vanessa, Vaughn, Veronica, Vincent, Victor(ia), Violet(ta), Vivian, Wallace, Wilhemina, Winnifred, Winona, Xavier, Xenobia, Yasmin, Yvette, Zechariah, Zephaniah, Zoe
I had come up with a number of names for my children for when I have them: Joseph, Zackary, Edward, Cody, Martin, Zenith, Darwin, Kayne, Jayne, Raemont, Bartholomew, Warren, Marie, Alana, Cassanda, Leora, Mikaela, Michael, Sawyer, Adal, Cassidus, Cassidy, James, Balthier, Barteil, Taryn, Tyler, Cypher, Alekz, Adolf
Sarah McKenzie Cobb. I've been told by more than one person that my name is "mormon as trout" - I guess McKenzie is a pretty popular name for mormons, but I pretend to chalk it up to my Scottish side (which is how my father chose it).
I wanted to change my name when I was little but I've grown to like it. I've always thought that it's so incredibly plain but I think my personality fits best as a Sarah and I don't think I'd change it if given the chance.
I've always wanted to name a daughter of mine Valentine but babe has vetoed that name. :stare: We came up with Averie Michele and Valerie Noelle for daughter's names. Any sons that we have are going right back where they came from and thus we do not have to worry about naming them.
I also like Mackenzie
You have spelled that name wrong in not one way, but two.

It's not hipster nonsense, you ass, I've liked that name since I picked up Ender's Game fourteen years ago.
If I had daughter, there names would be Oscelia and Auclaire. If they are sons, Eliot and Brennan.
I like pretentious names.
So is Avery but I changed it.
You chose your own name?
It was legally changed
EDIT: I use the passive voice to show how gentle I'll be
Awesome!
What was it before?
It's a secret to everyone
Unless of course I already answered that
Start downing more White Russians so you can tell us!

That's how the name is spelled of the guy I met in college.
You can't spell a name wrong, tooter.
Cool, man.Redemption is hard-won, but I'm sure my kid could do if I chose that name for 'em. Valentine makes me think of "will you be my Valentine" which makes me think of "will you be my baby" which reminds me that some girls are deliberately named Baby.Quote:

Too soon to be naming your kid Adolf. Try again in 20Neverteen.
MILF's original name was Roscoe Benjamin Talbot.
Actually, that's a damn sweet name too.
I like my first name, William, but I hate my middle name, Conner. It sounds like some rich douchebags name.
From now on, I'm calling you Willy.
billiam is the best name
I'm just going to go ahead and read "eesti" as "mothersmurfing"
MILF has the best name so far by a country mile.
Mine is Danny (Daniel to all my family members) Blockley. I've always quite liked my surname as it's pretty uncommon... though it did lead to being called Blockhead in school.
My middle name is James which I always kind of preferred to my first name.
My name is Arthur. You can call me Quin.
I used to hate Tara as it was so uncommon and a bit odd back when I was a tot. Now I love it for that reason. Don't know many other girls called 'Tara' and I think I suit it :)
My last name is a common first name and my first name is a common last name. :p
MY NAME IS PAUL!
I dun like my name anymore. :(
