being able to sprawl out on the bed or couch, stretch out, and get comfy. the bad juju just kinda rolls off after that.
Batting in cricket
Nothing like hitting things really hard to take your mind off things.
Drumming. Manus is right, hitting things really hard works wonders.
Comfort food. Chimichangas, carrot cake, vanilla/cherry coke and gin (not mixed together because gross).
Also, when I'm in a foul mood I generally perceive any little act of kindness to be much larger than it actually is, but it usually makes me feel much better.

Stupid and ridiculous humour works for me. When I'm feeling down, I read some Dolan comics and instantly I'm all better.

Balling up a piece of scrap paper or an empty soda bottle, and making that arcing rainbow shot into the trash can from all the way across the shop. (SPOILER) it's rare that I get that satisfaction, as I am white. :(
Going for a run helps if I'm angry or irritable because it gets all that energy out and when I'm feeling a bit irritable I like to be away from people or else I get even more iritated :lol:
A nice cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit because I'm English.
Listening to some music that's calming and has nice lyrics.
If I'm sad I'll watch something sad which might make me cry. Because I always feel better after a good cry
A gigantic steak. Nothing makes you feel better like a medium rare 12oz piece of beef with a side of fries.
