I've always had it Medium, but I'd love to try Medium-Rare one day. The annoying thing is, when I do eat out, no one orders the Med-Rare so I can sample it, and I don't want to spend money on something I *might* not enjoy. Oh well.
As TSoL said before, you can always send it back to be cooked a little longer if you don't like it.
