Caramel is my favorite thing ever. Everrrrr. Salt-water caramels, oh my god. Caramel in chocolate, caramel drizzled on ice cream. Caramel apples. Caramel fudge.

This Sunday, for my birthday weekend, I'm going to a diner in Sonoma that has salted caramel milkshakes. I will eat it all and report back!
I also am of the opinion that caramel is a good thing, although it's not my favourite of the chocolate-related-flavours by any means. Also, yes to nuts/chocolate/caramel combos.
What's your opinion of burnt caramel? I can never decide if I like it or not.

Heh. Hehehe... I don't know where I came up with this, but long before moving to Phoenix was a "thing" in my head, I had never seen Tucson spelled & said at the same time... So.. I thought there was "TuCK-Son" and "Too-son". Until one day when I was watching Cops and they just happened to say "Tucson" as the police cruiser was going by the camera. I later told my Dad this and he nearly died. He was all "Who's kid -are- you anyway!? Your father's a truck driver and you thought it was pronounced 'Tuckson'!? Jesus!"... IDK.. Never got covered in Geography, I guess. And I was like 19/20 when this occurred.Quote:
