I'm eating Gyros almost daily. They are so freaking good! Right now all I have though is bubble gum, which I hate.
Gyros impending in 3 hours, 21 minutes.
BBQ'd steak, chicken, salmon and mushrooms all in the same meal. Good stuff.
Both Gyros and the above sound divine.
I'm eating nothing right now, and in terms of the last 24 hours... hmmmm.
Honestly can't remember. I don't eat much at all, so I often can't remember what I eat. I don't have breakfast or lunch, and the first meal I have is often dinner.
I'm pouring my memory back... sorry. Nothing coming.

I ate a bacon jalepeno cheeseburger from Chili's. and hot wings @ Thirsty Turtle last night.
Had some kind of Fajita pita thing. Basically, chicken, lettuce, cucumbers in fajita wraps doused with honey mustard.
Thinking about being a bad, bad girl and eating a pizza.
Hey, I can only keep this "healthy" thing up for so long without pizza breaks. Probably at least two a week. :shobon:

Claire (bridesmaid) was over yesterday and we all played our part in cooking up some chicken & penne with a tomato and mascarpone sauce last night with mozeralla on it, and garlic bread on the side. 'twas quite nice in the end, although a rather filling meal (and I don't normally find pasta that filling).
Today's lunch was fish'n'chips. It was okay... not nearly as good as the stuff I get from our local chippy, though. Fish from Angelo's = nom nom nom nom nom.
Got my pizza :D
I had a fatty-ass burger yesterday. Not my usual cup of tea but it was oh-so-good.

Salami, turkery, ham, white American cheese, with spicy brown mustard and mayo on the side (no bread). And a knish. And white birch beer soda.

Saturday
Breakfast: Two eggs, two sausages, two slices of toast, two hash browns, baked beans, four slices of bacon, Spanish potatoes & onion.
Lunch: Loads of fantastic potato skins with a variety of dips/sauces with a salad, then taglietelle carbonara, then ice cream. Probably meal of the weekend, it was really good.
Dinner: Half a 12" garlic bread with cheese, lasagne.
Sunday
Breakfast: Bacon rolls. I forgot to have a croissant. :(
Lunch: Burrito! Mine had rice, chilli con carne, lettuce, cheese, salsa and chipotle sauce.
Dinner: Skipped because of the sheer volume of food I ate the previous day! xD
Every meal was basically wonderful, but oh man, Saturday was basically two breakfasts, two lunches and a big dinner and I was stuuuuuuuuuuuuffed. When Tara brought out the sweeties I just couldn't bring myself to have a single Malteser, let alone the other stuff.
So... I recently got back from my favourite pub/resturant.
They had new beers and new food on their menu, so I decided to go for some of the new stuff.
...I can't remember the last time I had "slow-cooked meat". Maybe I never did. Maybe I've lived in an illusion up until now, unaware of the true meaning of a perfect meal. But holy crap was that stuff delicious. Apparently, the meat had been cooked for hours before it was served. And it went well with that almost equally delicious beer from Lost Abbey too.
...then, I finished it all with some pancakes with ice cream and maple syrup for desert.

Last night it was battered fish, chicken pokora with chilli sauce and chips'n'cheese. Today's lunch is scotch pie with onion gravy and curly fries. I am Mr. Unhealthy at the moment. =x

Anywho. I had a jalepeno bacon cheeseburger from the gas station down the street from mumzy's place. And it was -amazeballs-. And then I ate most of the one I got for Jay. Mmmmhhhhhhmmm. I want another one now. Ha.
I've eaten steak plenty of times; this was just the first time I've ever cooked it myself.

The original makers of Moose Tracks came out with THIS. I'm not a big sweet person, like I've said a billion times and Mayfield is the -only- brand of Ice Cream & Milk I will willingly consume and enjoy.... I stumbled upon Extreme Moose Tracks at Publix and nearly shat myself. I didn't think it'd be that great, but I just had to buy it 'cuz why not? And OMG. Words can't describe how wonderful it is. I'm not even kidding.

I am eating a multi-grain bagel with cream cheese, american cheese, egg, tomato and bacon and it is called a sunrise bagel and it is delicious.
I am also drinking the best goddamn latte I have ever had in my smurfing like. Coffee in Idaho is amazing. It's like the one thing they're good at, beside farming potatoes.
Right now? The skin around my nails. Recycling, baby.
Lol when Moose Tracks first came out, I would plant myself in front of the tv for an afternoon of playing Spyro the Dragon and eat the carton just to dig out the very large chunk of chocolate they hide in there in the bottom.
I just ate an entire slab of rips and two ears of grilled corn.
The best part? I don't even have The Gut, and I could probably eat more.

I was gonna eat chicken w salsa Verde that I made last night but it all got consumed. Asses. I'm looking up vegetarian Mexican recipes since I have a lot of veggies in the fridge and leftover charro beans... And leftover salsa...

I just finished cooking dinner... After about 25 hrs of actually making it. I went vegetarian. I made sauteed kale & spinach (w/diced onion & garlic) enchiladas with sour cream/salsa verde sauce.. The sauce was hard to get to the right consistency and it ended up not being enough by the time it had reduced to the right consistency so I had to add like cheese and milk to kinda thin it out. Cheese contradicts that. I didn't use that much, but either way, it turned out really good - just wish I'd had more sour cream to make more sauce.
I also made Tostones - fried plantain slices. They were yummy. And of course with my leftover Charro Beans.
