What have you bought lately?

This week I've treated myself to a Kindle and a new bikini!

I can't wait to get my kindle as I've also downloaded a lot of books I haven't read before - having a kindle makes reading so much easier for travelling. I still love books though so I feel like I've cheated on books buying this!

Aside from essentials, I don't really spend much on myself or treat myself. But I have lately - obviously to prepare for going away and for things that will just make it easier to be there and away from home!

What have you been buying lately? What's on your wishlist? I saw a beaaautttiiiffful Pandora bracelet which is just like a purple braid and it is so pretty so I might treat myself to one of those too. I don't often buy jewelery as I'm so so so picky about it.

I bought Bioshock Infinite because of Steam sales :love:

I have no money and cannot buy anything. When I do have money (hopefully before October) it will be going to sharky's birthday and Christmas presents. If I don't get a job before then, my money will still be going to that because he deserves some presents, and I'll feel bad that he'll be getting them late :(.

Some new Pathfinder RPG books, a propane tank for my bbq, Sentinels of the Multiverse card game and some Steam stuff.

Gonna' buy some new swim trunks and a new laptop soon.

I got a computer, and paid off the Honda. So that's nice to not have to worry about. Then I bought lunch.

I got myself a Kindle Bikini. It lets me read my favorite novels, browse the internet, or play games while I stare at my breasts.

I... hmm. I don't remember anything non-essential that I've bought myself lately. Got some clothes last month (super cute blue dress!) and before that I got a NeoTV streaming box for Netflix, etc on my tv.

good choice on the Kindle, Locky. I got one myself recently (about a month or so ago)

My biggest purchases lately have been booze and patio furniture. I got 2 chairs and a little table so now I can actually use my deck :D

I bought myself some gyros and Alice Madness Returns.

Too many things

Burritos, a can opener, Vittorias meals and Bishi Bashi.

But seriously, I don't really buy myself much. The last time I bought something purely for me was when I got the overly priced sunglasses (I can't deny it - I love them so).

Harvest Moon: A New Beginning, Animal Crossing: A New Leaf, The Sims 3 Ambitions (because i really wanted to be able to do laundry), a new summer dress that my husband picked out, and tomorrow when i get off work, some diapers because I'm an awesome mom.

As for a wishlist, it changes :p

I bought a piece fo pizza and some gas today.

Got a wireless mouse and some gatorade yesterday. Was about to get GOT season2 but chose not to.

Light bulbs. For the kitchen.

And deep conditioner for my hair.

I bought this amazing Hi-Lo style strapless dress recently, but my boobs are too big for it right now ans I absolutely have to wear heels with it. The back end of the skirt part is clear down to my ankles.

I've recently went down a size so a lot of my clothes don't fit me anymore. So I set some money aside and went crazy at the mall, buying loads of clothes, especially swimsuits for my newer, slimmer self. :flirt:

However, then the Steam Sale happened, and I couldn't buy vidya. Now I'm starting to think if I made the right choice spending so much money at Express.

Having money and being a gay nerd is hard. You must choose between games and fashion. When one wins, the other loses. It's like two sides of me battling it out. I wish they had capris that could play Wizardry V or something.

Three different kinds of kale, a bunch of asparagus, some almond milk, sushi, beer, soba noodles, a vegan handbag to replace my camera bag that's falling apart, although maybe I'll start using it to preserve my current one, given that it was an heirloom from Spuuky's grandfather.

Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages and Seasons, and my NEW NEXUS 4 PHONE BITCHS!

Last thing I bought myself was a tattoo.

Before that I purchased Dragon's Dogma and Injustice. :cool:

I bought myself the first two generations of pokemon badges and skies of arcadia for the gamecube which was a lot cheaper that I was expecting. The majority of my paycheck is currently dispoable income, so we buy lots of crap or save money each month.

I bought The Walking Dead and Scribblenauts Unlimited on Steam.

Went to Goodwill and bought 3 used (and slightly tattered) paperback fantasy novels and an anime t-shirt that I plan on cutting up into a tank top. all for $5.37. Mmm.

But now I'm even more backlogged with reading than ever. orz

I just paid rent and deposit on my new apartment so I guess that technically counts as "buying" something.

Before that I also bought The Last of Us too but can't play it as I don't have internet so can't download the required update yet :(

Oh wait, I also purchased a new oven tray too. Yeahhh, livin' the high life!

-Booked a reservation at a hotel for a weekend getaway: I am going to a House music festival, but it will be near the beach so we'll just be staying the whole weekend.

-Maxim Korean coffee: Instant coffee that's seriously amazing and I didn't think instant coffee could be. I don't even like coffee that much, but this one is good.

-Prophylactics: Some how all three of these things will be connected.

I bought Spuuky six new black t-shirts! He will be pleased because he has been complaining lately that his old ones need replacing. I'm the best wife!

I bought some Steam games, because I am weak.

I got Ys I+II, Sleeping Dogs, and Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

I splurged and bought myself an international student tuition.

Usually the only things I spend money on are music and food. When there are sales I'll spend money on games or books (I would probably buy more of them, but my backlog of both is already impossibly large). That's pretty much it, most of the time.

I bought groceries & alcohol. Yep. Included: My supply of veggies, some Sharp Provolone Cheese 'cuz why not? & Goat Cheese (yum) and other stuff.
