Anything look good?
I watched the premiere of Brooklyn Nine Nine and it was hilarious.
Marvel's Agents of SHIELD and Almost Human also look intriguing. I will give any Abrams or Whedon show at least one chance.

SHIELD
That is all.
I'm going through the TV Guide list right now...
Almost Human looks interesting. And expensive.
I'm downloading Brooklyn Nine-Nine right now.
The Crazy Ones has Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar, so that has me easily suckered in.
I'm downloading Dads. Probably 1 40/60 chance that I'll like it.
Dracula looks very much my bag.
I'll give The Goldberg's a shot. Looks cancelable though.
Same with Hello Ladies.
Same with Lucky 7.
SHIELD. Obviously.
Masters of Sex, I guess.
I have to at least try and watch The Michael J. Fox show.
I'll give Mom a shot.
I have to watch The Originals because it's The Vampire Diaries spinoff so I'm already invested. Dammit.
Reign is my bag. I like that era of history.
I don't think I'll like Sean Saves the World but I'm going to watch it anyway.
Downloading Sleepy Hollow.
Super Fun Night looks okay.
The Tomorrow People sounds like a poor man's X-Men. Which is a good thing?
I'm gonna watch Trophy Wife.
Witches of East End may or may not suck.
I listed most of the fall shows. I watch a lot of TV... shoot me now. -_-; But I'll post if I like them after I watch them!
I'm looking forward to SHIELD.
Also, don't really care about what shows are gonna be new, all I care about is that Grey's Anatomy is coming back and I'm beyond excited.
Me too! Meredith's pregnancy storyline was almost the exact timing of my pregnancy (even found out the sex the same week)... and then they named their baby the same thing I named mine. xD
Holy crap Mandee you watch a lot of TV X_x;;;
Having just looked up The Crazy Ones, I'll give that a shot. I will probably watch Grey's Anatomy but if ___________ like it looks like in the last episode, then I am DONE.
Yeah, I do my Etsy crap at my desk and pretty much always have a TV show on.
Dads is probably one of the most sexist/racist shows I've seen in awhile. BUT it teeters on being horrible while still being a little funny that I think it'll probably last a full season. Not counting on it going any further than that, but you never know. Look how far Two and a Half Men has gone. -_-
I'm most looking forward to Almost Human. As much as I like Whedon, SHIELD looks pretty bad. I heard Whedon had to come in at the last minute and re-write a bunch of scripts. So hopefully they fixed whatever was wrong with the show.
I hope the Crazy Ones is good because I think SMG should have had more success post-Buffy and so I hope this one works out for her.
Screw the new shows. The final season of How I Met Your Mother & Season 7 of Big Bang Theory start next week.
And I'm looking forward to the new season of Homeland (the 1st episode got leaked a couple of weeks ago) and something else....
OH! Nashville! Season 2 ! I'm soooo addicted to Nashville.
We really need a DVR .. So I can record all of this..
Let's see. As far as new shows are concerned, these are the ones I'm going to be cataloging, for better or worse.
SHIELD
Almost Human
The Blacklist
Dracula
Ironside
Once Upon a Time in Wonderland
The Originals
Reign
The Tomorrow People
There may be more, I haven't looked to see what's going to be airing in a couple weeks.
Things that already have 1+ seasons out that i'll be cataloging this fall season.
Arrow
Beauty and the Beast
The Big Bang Theory
Bones
Castle
CSI
Elementary
Grimm
Hawaii Five-0
Haven
How I Met Your Mother
Lost Girl
The Mentalist
NCIS
NCIS: Los Angeles
Once Upon a Time
Revolution
Supernatural
The Vampire Diaries
I saw the first episode of Sleepy Hollow on a plane. It seemed terrible. I will at least give Agents of SHEILD a shot and Hello Ladies, which actually looks really funny.
I have no idea about any shows whatsoever coming out so I will use this thread and defer to judgements of those posting in it to tell me what to watch.
O.M.G. Gordon Ramsay is doing Master Chef Juniors edition.
I can't wait for this.
The Home Cooks season was sooo good. And his lil crush on Christine He (The Blind Cook) ... It was incredibly cute. XD
The only show I'm terribly concerned about is How I Met Your Mother.
whenever people talk about TV i always feel kinda weird since the only TV i care about watching at broadcast time is sports. everything else you can watch later with the same level of relevance; sporting events are really only relevant live and don't matter after they're over.
that said, I'll be watching HIMYM with Sam, starting tonight
I haven't been watching new television in the while, so the only shows I know about are the ads that I get when I try to watch miley cyrus' porn videos on youtube.
I'll be watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine and probably Agents of Shield. I wonder which Marvel characters we'll be seeing. :c)
Miley Cyrus has made porn?
I found porn on Youtube by complete accident. They had it tagged under some gibberish. Basically I was typoed a word and it lead me to porn on Youtube. I don't consider this my greatest accomplishment.
Anyway, I forgot to mention Shameless which I think is technically coming out in the winter. I will also be watching the new season of How I Met Your Mother, but I hope it will really be the final reason this time. I don't how much more of this suspense I can take.
SHIELD was just ok. I enjoyed the humor and campiness, but the cast didn't gel like in Whedon's past efforts.
Brooklyn Nine Nine is shaping up to be one of my favorites of the season.
I try waiting a few years into a show before giving them a chance. I hate starting a show and getting into it, only for it to be cancelled later that year. Plus, makes one hell of a binge watch. Weekly waiting sucks.
Masters of Sex is so good!
I wasn't sure what to expect but it's such a well done show. It feels like watching a movie. The production value and the cast are fantastic.
I like Lucky 7 so far.
The Crazy Ones was terrible.
So much 2nd hand embarrassment. :( I was cringing the whole time. Made worse because I actually like SMG and Robin Williams and it was just bad bad bad watching them in this.
But maybe it will get better? It was just way too exhausting of a pilot with everyone talking over each other, Williams being way too manic, trying to establish relationships/characters while also throwing in a guest star appearance by Kelly Clarkson, and trying WAY TOO HARD to seem like a comedy with a heart of gold. Ugh.
Yeah, it was definitely disappointing.
I liked The Goldbergs, It's very obviously trying to be a new Wonder Years, but it amused me.
SHIELD was alright. It needs to get better though.
Trophy Wife and The Michael J. Fox show were both pretty generic, but watchable. Though, actually, the second episode of The MJF Show had aB story which I thought was kind of terribly offensive (daughter tries way too hard to make friends with a lesbian because she wants "unique" friends) but MJF is just so charming!
Mom is pretty good. Though I don't get how a an alcoholic high school drop out single mother of two lives in such a nice place with a Tiffany lamp.
I couldn't get through Hello Ladies. Not really into watching a guy act like a doormat.
I watched all of Brooklyn Nine-Nine yesterday and I thought it was great; it's nice to watch something lighthearted (but not offensive) after all those TV dramas. Spuuky calls it "Police Scrubs" and I agree.
Yeah B99 is the clear winner this season for me.
So what is everyone's opinion on "Arrow"? It looked kind of cheesy when it popped up on my Netflix but I've had like three different people telling me it's surprisingly good so now my curiosity is piqued.
I've watched it from the beginning. It's pretty good. I really like how each episode has a flashback of Oliver's time on the island with the present day plot. Sometimes that part of it is more interesting. It's also interesting that for a superhero he is very ruthless. Even more than Batman!
I'm watching season 2 now and it is showing Oliver's evolution and taking a different tone from the first season (which focused on revenge) and I like that too.
