That is awesome. I love the Eiko screaming and arm waving.
My least favorite, so far, is Zidane. The angle of his head, and something about his face, just seem a little "off" to me. Apart from that, though, they're all excellent. Do you ever plan on branching out past FFIX?
Yeah after I do a Steiner and Quina (Uuugh...what do...) I might do another FF's characters or I might do some Chrono Trigger ones. Im not sure yet, but I definitely feel obligated to finish these characters up.
So far your Freya is my favorite, but they are all good

Re, photo editing software and the big bad photoshop/gimp world, it gets very easy to do the basics once you put a little time into practicing it, keep it up :)
