OK so these are the start of my art thread. I'ma Sr in Art school and these are the textures for a stone floor, or at least the close to finished. the first 2 are the WIPs then we get to the more finalized works, with the last one being real close to the final turn in. I'l be adding to this post as I find old class work and go through more classes.

These are all awesome. I almost couldn't tell which was which on the stairs one.
These are cool. I wanted to get into 3D art in highschool but never pursued it...No particular reason why either.

That was actually the first Vector I tried to do. I also come bearing updates!! I've nearly finished my texturing project for the week and here it is!!

Alright so this is again for school and along the bottom we have Diffuse, Height, Normal and Spec. Maps, they are what make the geo look like it has texture, instead of the texture just over laid without putting the detail on the model it's self.
SO i got permission from the artist to color her work and i wanted to share it here too.
I did two of these one with the original lines still in place and the other with out the lines, these were great fun to do.

here is the reference for some of my latest works that i hope to have up to share soon!

I am eager to see the model of the orb in action, complete with lighting and textures. Your other works are great, so I am already convinced this will look as good.
You are using that painting as concept art for a game level? That is so neat. There is so much to work with there; the sacks of food are probably going to be the most challenging, but I wish you luck.
Also, great work with the coloring of that Sailor Moon line art. I definitely prefer the one with the outlines intact, as the one without pretty much keeps the hair's and jewelry's outlines, but you lose the line art where it is needed most, which is around the eyes.
*blows off dust* I have some new things! Please keep in mind that I am not a character artist but a Prop artist so my characters aren't the best things ever.
