I have no idea how I got a perfect score with less than an hour on the game clock. But since this is the major hurdle I face whenever I try replaying this game I guess I have no excuse not to go all the way, now ;x
That game is tough as trout. I've perfected it once and I don't think I'll ever bother again.
I think I managed 100 once, but only after trying for absolutely ages. Having done it once, I don't even bother trying to get 100 these days.
That's the stage sword fight near the start right? I like that scene, which is code for I'm complete crap.
I remember there was a point in my life where I got like perfect three times in a row just because I'm a smart ass mothersmurfer but yeah it's super tough sometimes. Makes my fingers itchy and trout.
I've never done it. I can't say I've tried very often - I'm usually keen to get going. Maybe I'll have to try sometime.
I always do it in every playthrough. That extra money is damned useful.
Maybe I just play too many rhythm/music games, but I found getting a perfect score pretty easy.
Now, jumping rope. That smurfing does my head in.
God. Damn. Skipping. It's the only Key Item I have never obtained, in my several dozen "perfect" playhthroughs of this game. Highest I ever got was around 700ish.

I'm up to the racing hippaul minigame. Its not going well.
I think I used a turbo controller for the last parts of that.
I think I did it once. I pat myself on back and gave my TV a gangsta nod. I didn't find it that difficult, either.
I always found this mini-game really easy and loved it for the early 10k, however I'm absolutely hopeless when it comes to most other FF mini games, especially all those mini games in ff13
I can usually always get 100 nobles within 3-5 tries of a play through - and I'm not good/patient at stuff like this. I think the mistake people make is trying so hard to press the buttons as fast as possible, you don't need to be extremely fast to get the perfect result.
