Bad Hair Day

I am having a very bad hair day...Attachment 52816

So yeah, I thought it would be fine since it was okay yesterday.

And when I try to comb it wants to do a horrible middle type part

Do you realise how hard it is to maintain a faux-hawk hairstyle when you work in a place which makes you wear a headset all day? Or when you prefer the sound you get from a massive pair of cans over inner-ear buds? I have long since learnt the skill of carrying my product around in my bag and fixing my hair on the fly at work in under 2 mins.

Bad hair days happen if I wash my hair before going to bed (as opposed to in the mornings like I normally do), &/or don't blow dry it.

... Or if I dont wash consistently every morning. I try to go a day without washing it since that's what I've heard is good to do, but I have a greasy scalp and it makes my hair look gross .

My hair likes to stick up like Alfalfa until I take a wet brush to it and tell it to stay the smurf down.

BUT THEN I REALISED IT ACTUALLY WAS YOU.

I'm very dissatisfied with my most recent haircut. It looks super dorky. Until it grows out enough I've been making it look just cartoonishly bad so it's like "yeah I MEANT to make my hair look stupid I am just so wild you guys." Because if your hair is bad sometimes it helps your ego to just say "smurf you hair" and attack it with the hair dryer from every direction before going out.

People are too busy complimenting my beard to worry about what's on top. :smug:

I'm pretty happy about that. As a receding hair line sets in, I take what I can get.

I have curly hair that can't be tamed correctly, I always have a bad hair day.

It doesn't even look decent in a ponytail. I have to flat iron the trout out of it or blow dry and curl it myself for it to look decent and that's just soooo much work.

It may air dry right on one side, and made perfect curls! Then the other side blows.

So usually most days are bad hair days.

All these complaints and I see nothing but cool

Argh that is like the worst thing when it's too short to pin it with a bobby pin but too long for how it's been cut you just feel like you're in this awkward cocoon phase waiting for your hair to become a pretty ponytail butterfly :(

I've gone to bangs off and on over the years, and as much as I love the side-part and sideswept bangs and he Zooey Deschanel bangs, I just can't pull it off. My hair wants to naturally part down the middle or near the middle,

My hair just doesn't part. I force it to part at the front on the left so I can pretend I have a side fringe. The rest just goes straight back.

I never have bad hair days because no one cal really figure out what's going on under here.

Precisely, or you have to put in a weird burn.

Today I had a mullet. That was awkward. Time to go the salon so my stylist can hopefully rectify this.
