Meteorain. Seems like the most appropriate way you could use your sword to attack something.
Not the most damaging, but Dynamite is pure smurfing badass.
As much as I hate her, Healing Wind. It's simple and to the point and as someone who hates having their HP below 60%, it came in handy.

Meteorain. Rocks fall and everyone dies. It edges out Omnislash because I get more use out of it. I pick up Meteorain before I fight Rufus in the Shinra tower.
Satellite beam. It really appeals to the tech geek in me, even if the attack makes no real sense at all.

These are all judged cosmetically, not by their battle mechanical effects.
I'll give the boring answer and say Omni Slash. There is nothing more satisfying than watching Cloud lay waste to some poor fool(s).

Slots was the most fun to use, I know one of them can kill you, but I just really enjoyed seeing what I got next. Even "Toy Box" was okay as the graphic was always different, so the mystery was still there.

I never had a favorite Limit Break. Most of the time they didn't stick out to me that much, sans the one from Cloud, Barrett, Tifa and Aerith, but I never preferred one over the other. If I had to choose it'd probably be Healing Wind for the same reason shion mentioned. Near death? That's okay, Aerith's Limit Break is ready.
My favorite used to be Highwind for it's sheer hit total. But... my new favorite... has got to be... Finishing Touch. Wind elemental. Whatever enemies don't get blown away take big damage.
I always kinda liked All Creation/Cosmo Memory, just because it's essentially a giant nuke, and that was pretty cool.
All Creation used the same sound effect as Ultima.
