I'm currently compiling a list of sounds that make me think of travelling, as I'm planning on taking a lot more trips in the future and I'm terrible at sleeping on planes, so I'm going to need something to listen to.

IDK .. There's more. Those are just the 2 that stick out most in my head 'cuz that's what I listened to driving out to Phoenix.

There are many more that I relate to traveling because I listen to them on road trips, but they aren't necessarily traveling songs. Best traveling song out of the bunch here is Bright Eyes - Another Travelin' Song, for sure.

None of these songs are particularly travel-related songs, I just associate them with travelling for one reason or another. For some it's the way the percussion has the same clikkity-clak rhythm of a train or car, for others it's that I was travelling when I first heard and/or connected with them.
Except Clutch. That's just travelling music through and through.
The YouTube error thing seems to have to do w/ something on their end. I've been getting the error message w/ the static background @ least once a day for the past week or so. All that's needed is to reload the page.
I've never had them load for me when the youtube tag is used. :-/Quote:

On the road again? I'm not even sure if that's the name of it.
There aren't a lot of songs that make me think of traveling since traveling is seldom on my mind, so that was the only song that stuck out.
This was a pretty big song while I was in the US and was super popular with my pals so it kind of represents the biggest journey I've ever taken.
