I remember watching this when I was very small so I've always had a soft spot for the Ewoks. I cried when that one died and his mate was crying over his body.

I like them okay as like little furry protagonists but I don't really feel that strongly towards them in general. Like I said, they're like weird koalas. :gator:
I love them more than words can say.
I hate them, I wouldn't have minded if they were just there sheltering the allies, but fighting the storm troopers and winning is some cases was just ridiculous.

I say that but then a colleague once printed out a picture of an Ewok to take the piss out of another colleague. She obviously did not want it so I kept the Ewok pic on my phone all year. I liked them when I was younger and first watched the original trilogy. RotJ was my favourite Star Wars movie for a while but once I'd grown up a bit I realised that Ewoks are pretty lame and the first two films (Empire in particular) are vastly superior to Return.
Then again, I'd much rather Ewoks than most of the stuff we got in the prequel trilogy.

As for everyone who complains about the Ewoks taking down the Storm Troopers, they were on the Ewok home world and had them out numbered, and it's not like this sort of thing never actually happens.
I believe Vietnam would be another good example of the technological inferior side getting the upper-hand on their home turf. And all the attempted invasions in the Middle East.
