Probably once every few months or so.
Not really that often, more times I just order food home. But the only reason I am not eating out often is money. If I were really rich, I wouldn't cook anything at all :]
Depends on the week. I try to cook as often as possible if I'm not lazy. Eating out too much makes me sick.
Me and Miss H love to eat out.
Our go to place is Strada as the garlic bread there is awesome. We also frequent Pizza Express, Gusto and Dough Pizza Kitchen. We also went to Jamie's Italian recently but we were thoroughly unimpressed.
We tend to get a lot of takeaways and the occasional bit of fast food, but we've not been able to go to restaurants often over the past year because we've been saving for the wedding and then honeymoon for the most of it. We probably have managed to go to restaurants about once every couple of months in that time. Hopefully we can get back to about once per month now that we've almost paid off the credit cards.
Usually 3-4 times a month, but not like, once a week. It varies, honestly.
I cook a lot so it's more rare now for us to eat out. Sometimes twice a week but mostly just once. I get lazy about cooking once a week.
Lately I've been eating out more since I have a girlfriend. But normally I might order some pizza or Chinese once a week.

I'm 2-3 times. Unless making stuff at work and taking it home counts in that case it's more like five times a week. Especially since we started selling sea food. I could eat our shrimp all day and not to brag or anything, but I make the best damn cocktail sauce.

I see it as an occasional treat (and pig out accordingly :jess: Couldn't pig out under my new regime if it wasn't just occasional!)
I have friends who go to the same Indian restaurant about 4 times per week, but Icouldn't do that to my bodyam boring and antisocial

I eat out everyday because I am normally working during my meal times. Soon I will start preparing my meals at home during the evening to bring in for lunch or din din.
I do this for work now. I make a double sized dinner in the evening, and save half for the next day's lunch. It's been working really well, in terms of time saving and yumminess.Quote:

I have been eating out so stupidly often lately because I have been stressed and unwell and when I am stressed and unwell the last thing on my priority list is to eat well, prepare meals, or cook for myself. All care for my body goes straight out my driver's side window in exchange for a #1 at Sonic.
I go through phases like this a couple of times a year where I binge eat out for a few weeks while I'm stressed the hell out. Most of the time, though, I try to go shopping once a week and keep my breakfast/lunch groceries at work to keep from being tempted to eat out.
That being said, this weekend I wound up with fried chicken (drunk food friday night) and pizza hut... I feel like a real fatty and need to get my arse in the gym again
About once a month on average, usually a pub breakfast.
If I was wealthy, I would eat out daily. It's one of the joys of life. I will always spend as much of my budget as I reasonably can on it. As it is, it fluctuates depending on schedule; not as much as I'd like, probably still more than I should. At the moment, I'd say on average once every two weeks?
Somewhat related, I'd much rather have three 8/10 quality meals for $10 each than one 10/10 quality meal for $50.
Does going to the store on lunch break count as eating out? :p
