Eight years and counting, so what have you been up to?

I'm sure some of you have seen this list but these are a few things that have happened since Versus XIII/XV was announced up until now.

• All three Mass Effect games released
• The entire Assassin’s Creed franchise
• The rise and fall of music games
• Five other main Final Fantasy titles: XII, XIII, XIII-2, Lightning Returns, and XIV
• BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite released
• Every Call of Duty game after Call of Duty 2, including World at War, Ghosts, Black Ops 1 and 2, and all three Modern Warfare titles released
• The PlayStation 3’s entire life
• The Wii craze
• Sony and Microsoft introducing/releasing their own motion controllers
• Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo each designed and released a new generation of hardware
• Duke Nukem Forever released

So what have you been playin gto occupy your time since this game was announced? Are you still interested?

Huh, yeah... almost all of my relationships have happened since then lol...

I did 3 years of high school and graduated.
I started and graduated college.
I started dating a girl for a couple years and ended it.
I learned how to play guitar somewhat.
My podcast finally stopped being a thing :(.
I presented a paper in a writing conference in New Orleans.
Moved into a house with a friend, got a new job, quit the job, moved out of the house.
Watched ALL of Satoshi Kon's work.
Watched the entirety of Hayao Miyazaki's work.
Bought ten video game consoles, I think.

Started and completed college. Started and completed university. Moved to France. Moved to China. Invented a time machine. Repeatedly went back in time and, using my mastery of corporate espionage, ensured the continued delay of FFXV.

Well well well.

Lived 2/5ths of my life
Had all my relationships
Finished Elementary school, entered High School, finished High School, entered College
Got my driving licence
Moved
Some relatives of my died, some were born
Had my first holiday with friends only abroad

I guess that's about it for the main stuff. Holytrout, that's a lot of stuff that happened and they can't finish even one game? ._.

They're competing with The Last Guardian team to see who can't finish their game the longest

Oh, there was also the birth of two nieces and a nephew.
I got of over my fear of driving, got my license, got a car.
Including work study in college, I went through 4 jobs.
Wrote over 500 pages in papers for school.
Played probably over 200 hours of Just Cause 2 (but never furthered the story except a couple of times on accident).
Experienced the death of 3 of my favorite bands (well death to me. They all released an absolutely terrible album about the same time.)
Joined EoFF.
Became a CK.

I started and completed college, started and completed a marriage, and started and completed a helluva lot of games. Started and completed two children, too. Well, the latter aren't exactly "completed" but they're off to a good start anyway. :)

-finished last 2 years of high school
-did 4 years of college
-and started working in the game industry :|

And I remember thinking I would be playing this game in college.....I also remember working at gamestop during college telling people they needed this game and should purchase a ps3 for it....oops.

The whole wibbley wobbley timey wimey stuff confuses me, but I'm pretty sure one of us is one of our second accounts.

I started and ended four jobs. Started one that I still have now. I also got a law degree and moved five times.

Wow, that long, huh?

I was in college in 2006 and graduated the next year.
Became a teacher and quit teaching for good.
Worked the worst job of my life for a few years.
Found a new company to work for and finally am somewhere where I'd have a career.
I'm on my third car in that time span.
My nephew was born.
Moved 4 or 5 times.
Played a ton of games, but completed very few.
Nintendo power died!!! :cry:
And a bunch of other stuff but I'm starting to feel old enough just writing this list...

Since Versus XIII was announced in 2006 I've....

- Finished school and got my GCSE's

- Did two years of Sixth Form, did my A-Levels

- Got a job

- Quit job, got another one

- Learnt to drive

- Did three years of Uni

- Been abroad 4 times (about to be my 5th)

- Been in a helicopter

- Bungee jumped

- Had 9 birthdays (it was announced a few days before my 16th birthday...)

A lot of World of Warcraft.

Eminem stopped making music for awhile, came back, released three albums, and now is coming out with an album called "Shady XV."

He's onto us.

In all seriousness, I sadly haven't done a whole hell of a lot. Fell in love, fell out of love, moved far away, came back home, played a lot of games, watched a lot of movies, read a fair share of books, listened to some music, started a Youtube channel with a friend, had a falling out with said friend, became friends with him again, talked about making another go at being Youtube celebs, haven't followed it through. Now posting here.
